Our stay at Laz was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to 2 close metro stops. Some great restaurants in the area as well. A cute pool downstairs and the bar staff were lovely when coming back at the end of the night. The rooms were clean, rain head shower is always nice (my husband is 6' 5"), the bed was very comfy. The AC didn't get as low as I like, so we left the balcony doors slightly open (we were there in Sept) and it was wonderful. Surprisingly very quiet, even with the window open all night. I HIGHLY suggest this hotel for your paris stay!

The overall rating went from Excellent to just Good. Lets start with the positives. The staff is warm and friendly. They will help you with anything you need and assist with any questions getting around the city. The room is great ..very modern and cool. I like the bathroom. A lot roomier than other hotels I've stayed at. They even have free water and a nespresso machine in your room. Very convenient. The bed was comfortable for me at least. Nice and firm but still with a little give. The only con was when i checked out. I booked a room with no breakfast which i believe they have a record of as well. When i checked in the nice young ladyb gave me my key and just simply said the breakfast are between these hours. She never told me whether it was included or not. She didnt reiterate that if i opted for the breakfast that it would be additional. So I went with the assumption that it was available for all guests. So you can imagine my surprise when they gave me the bill where they charged me for it. I trued to explain to the hist Ahmed that it was never made clear whether it was included or not. He simply said that he couldn't take the charges off because the breakfast was consumed. Now I'll take partial blame that i should have asked just to be sure. However I still believe especially upon check in that it should have been made clear. This i feel is dishonest . Im planning on coming to Paris in December on business and was going to stay here but unfortunately not anymore.

We had a great stay here. Staff was amazing. Location is perfect and the price was right! Great deal for a week in Paris. They graciously secured our luggage for us pre check in and post check out for some extra time to walk around. Special shout out to their bartender who make an amazing cocktail for me that I otherwise wouldn’t have ordered.

Friendly and accommodating staff, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, great spa and pool, and nice bar. We travelled with our family and enjoyed the spa pool on many occasions. The location is great with many dining options near by and easy access to transportation. We had a street facing room with nice sun light, nice coffee bar, and confortable beds.
