Decent but probably wouldn't choose it again
Pros: great centralized location near good food and metro stops, front desk staff friendly and helpful. After the 4th day we got really nice, soft bath towels. Cons: there was a lot of street noise (trucks) as early as 5:30 am every morning, the hotel's hot water heater broke during our stay and we almost had to find another hotel. They had it fixed in about 24 hours. Also there was a sign saying sheets would be cleaned every 3 days but our pillowcases were still showing mascara all week we stayed there. Our dirty coffee mugs were never removed/ replaced. No conditioner or lotion in the shower.

I booked a last minute trip to Paris and most of the hotels were fully booked. The room was clean, but there was an awful smell from the bathroom pipes. So, I had to keep the bathroom door closed. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to popular cafes and bakeries.

Room cleanliness was poor. Room smells of cigarettes and air freshener. My unit needed to replace the rug. Great location though. I would spend more money and get something nicer in the area.

I loved the location, so many good restaurants in close range. The room was quiet. So helpful that reception lent us an adaptor to charge our phones for a refundable deposit.

I stayed at this hotel with my parents who I haven’t see for a long time. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any issues with our room. Great options for breakfast. I was impressed. And the location is very convenient if you want to have different dining options. Place de la République is very close so you can walk and enjoy the beauty around. I’ll definitely be back :-)

We had a very long stay at this property and a few days into our visit, the air-conditioning unit stopped working. They very quickly transferred us to another room and then later we received a little note with Olympic coffee mugs, apologizing for the issue. That was totally unnecessary as transferring us to a different room was enough! it was a great stay! I highly recommend it!

I had everything I needed - a comfy bed, air conditioning, breakfast downstairs and a friendly and helpful staff. When I needed a few things, they were there to help quickly. I walked, biked or took the train conveniently from the hotel or very nearby. Highly recommended unless you require all the frills of a high end hotel. The price is right here too!
