Getting into the property was so difficult. 2 other guests helped me get to my room, and then I had to help someone on my second night. They do send an email with pictures, but need more detail on getting to the actual room. For example, we had to go through a gate once inside and then up 4 flights of stairs, then open a door to our room where we put in the door code. Washing machine and mini fridge were really nice to have. They had two pots, no pans in our room. There was only a small trash can in the bathroom, nothing in the main apartment. The bed was in a loft and you couldn’t stand straight. This would not be a good place for anyone with mobility issues.

I was bitten horribly by bed bugs. I have over 40 bites that ruined the rest of my trip. I’d like a full refund. After the 1st night, I slept with bug spray on and was still bitten

Fabulous location in the heart of Paris, easy walk or public transportation to anything. Tons of inexpensive restaurants in the area, and two grocery stores right around the corner. The washing machine and stove are complicated to use, but we had an employee to help us promptly. The loft is a little bit cramped, but that's Paris. The breakfast area though small was adequate. The washer enabled us to bring small suitcases. No elevator, so be prepared to climb a few steps.

Cute, but tiny

The room was very small, which is to be expected in Paris. Fair warning, the loft bed would be pretty difficult to get into if you are a larger person. There is also no lift for your bags. Asked twice for the wifi password and never did receive it. Good area with lots of great restaurants nearby.

This is a nice property that meets the needs. In a great location. Shower was a challenge but the bed was nice. I read so ma y commenting about bedbugs but I can tell you ours was bug free. I checked! Bring or buy your own napkins/paper towels-none avail. Could not find the coffee pods they said to get so kitchen pretty useless to us.

Terrible I don’t recommend, the sofa bed was so dirty that I have to cover completely in order to use it, my kids had bed bug bite al over them, we had to take my oldest daughter to the doctor because of that when we re back home.

You couldn't ask for a better location with just a 23 minute walk to Notre Dame. Fortunately we were on the first floor of a five story building since there are no elevators. The only problem we had was using the stove. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the burners. I emailed the building and someone showed up within the hour. By then I had it figured out. It's an 2 burner induction hot plate. To turn it on you have to push the key symbol for a few seconds till you hear the beep. Then you can use it.

Cozy in Paris!

We loved our studio apartment. Stocked with everything we needed to begin our stay. Close to markets, restaurants, and transportation. We were able to walk everywhere from our location!

Great location , lots of restaurants, incredible bakery, cheese shop and butcher. Apartment is well supplied with bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchen well supplied. The space is comfortable and charming. Highly recommend, would stay there again in a heartbeat

Main bed in loft had less than one meter of headspace. Ladder to loft far too steep and dangerous to use, especially in the dark. No elevator and spiral stairs not manageable with luggage. No WIFI, Tv did not work, no onsite management to address problems.

Cute place, great value for location.

Nice place overall. The communication was particularly great (and very responsive). There were some issues that caused me to rate it a little lower (no elevator and lugging luggage for a family of 5 up a tight spiral staircase was rough, big cracks in the main bedroom and bath, etc) but the location was great and it fit us all well enough.
