Very cute little apartment, although it was extremely small for 3 people. A small bed and a pull out couch, a tiny kitchenette, and a bathroom that only one person could stand in--although it had a toilet, small shower, sink, and a washing machine. The area was very cute, very walkable, only 5 minutes from the Arts et Metiers metro station, and it had an adorable interior garden/patio area where you could sit and even eat a meal. You couldn't check in until 3 p.m., but you could sit in the patio area and wait. There was a coffee shop next door, so my husband, daughter, and I bought a coffee and waited in the patio area for an hour before we checked in. It was very pleasant.

This was a fantastic little studio. It isn't luxury, but it has a fantastic vibe between the huge windows and the endless coffee shop and other eating and grocery options just outside the door. Had a wonderful time. All of Paris is at your doorstep here.

Very nice to have a mini kitchen in the room. I could make my coffee with in the mornings (after purchasing the fixings.) The bathroom was tiny, especially the shower. beware how slippery it is! I love the Marais, so will be back!

BEDBUGS AND MOLD!!!

BEDBUGS!!!! When I asked them do to something about this they didnt do anything. I’m covered in bites. Plus the bedroom smelled like mold and I had to air the room all day so that I could stand to get in it at night. And there’s no front desk so there’s no one to talk to except for someone who might answer a WhatsApp. Literally worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

IT WAS VERY INCONVENIENT. I’m 75 and I was given 3rd floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. I had particularly called and asked them to adjust me on ground floor as I am unable to climb the stairs two, three times a day. NO HEED WAS TAKEN. The shower area was 1 1/2 feet higher than the bathroom floor and NO STEP to get in. Whenever I asked for help, like a step for shower area or taxi service- the answer was WE DONT HAVE IT NOWHERE ON THE SITE IS MENTIONED THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. OUT OF FOUR DAYS- two days I had to stay in the room because I couldn’t tackle the stairs every day

Unique and affordable, great location

The property location is excellent. My wife commented that it was romantic (though that was not the nature of our trip). There are many different and unique rooms in the property. Make sure you understand the layout of the one you are leasing. It was notably clean (my wife approved!). While our unit had a kitchen, it was not equipped like a typical vacation rental. There are lots of little shops and restaurants nearby, so it was fine. We would consider staying there again--hopefully sometime soon!

We had the white room studio which was directly above a bar so was quite loud each night. Also knew the space was small but was a little surprised at the 2’x 2’ shower stall. Otherwise unit was clean and very conveniently located to most major attractions.

Liked the code system, no key needed. Apartment although small was great for a single. Good shower, washer, fridge and freezer. Light excellent. Was quiet at night. Close to metro, buses. A butcher next door you could get delicious chicken ,meats plus many other food. Lots of other shops; salads and a bakery with great croissants and lots more. I enjoyed it.
