A lovely little spot to enjoy Paris. Highly recommend. The shower is quite short, so tall people will struggle a bit. Still, a wonderful place with everything you need!

we spent three nights and four days ar this place for the paris leg of our euro tour. we were shunning the big name hotels, preferring quaint little digs to get closer to the local feel. this fit the bill perfectly. very charming entry and walkway with cobblestone type path that lights up at night to welcome you, witjh hanging plants overhead. the place felt very secure even with the street outside that can get just a bit busy. btw, very nice croissant place just a few steps away. the apartment itself was very nice. there was a narrow spiral staircase which was very manageable for our family even with little kids. door opened with the code provided the day before. there was a queen bed in the only room, but the sofabwd is very useable and our kids like it. another chair can also fold out for smaller kids. there are two coffee tables which were placed end to end to serve as a dining table and it was.set with plates, water and wine glasses, and cutleries. there's a microwave, electric kettle, and a stove if you fancy using them instead of eating out all the time. wonderful basecamp and we'll rememner it with fondness for sure.

Our room was infested with bedbugs. We requested assistance twice by email, as there is no a reception desk at the property, but after 48 hours had received no response.

The courtyard was lovely and relaxing,the only thing i really liked. The staff was unprofessional,yelling at each other in another language and manager had a rude attitude. When i arrived at 3,room still took another 30 mins to get cleaned. In web,said nothing about floor damage near stairs,i hurt my foot many times getting around. Plus,notbing said about height of ceiling to floor in loft bdrm,im 5ft 3 and had a problem not to hit my head when going up to sleep.

I like the location. The apartment (Four by Four) was ok, but there is a lot of noise all day long, starting around 5 AM with garbage collectors, and ending around 2 AM with loud people walking on the street. Please note that the the apartment faces the street, and there is a bar just outside the windows. Not good for sleeping.

Badly bitten by bedbugs.

I booked three nights. After the first night, I had a few itchy red spots on my body. I thought it was mosquitoe bites. The next morning I woke up with multiple bites and I found out it was bed bug bites. I notified property owner and they said there are no rooms available for me to move and stay the third night. They said if we move out immediately, they would return the money. I wanted to cry. The bites are so itchy that impossible to tolerate. After I come back to Canada, I will contact hotels.com and expect full reimbursement for this torture.

Guys this was a very nice stay atmosphere of the room and courtyard was fantastic really felt like a part of Paris not a big hotel chain feel and absolutely no space in the room but if your looking for a quiet quaint stay this is it Allez on y va !

It was a normal Paris apartment from what I'm told, a shoebox with narrow hallways, no where to store clothes and barely enough room to sit and eat. It was fine

Small humid den well located.

Location is a 5. So is convenience. But our room was way smaller than expected, the kids loft wasn’t tall enough for my 9 yo to sit. The humidity was so high that the fridge is rusted. The smell of humidity mixed with cigarette (only window is on the public space where all guests go to smoke) was eye watering bad. The shower didn’t drain. We texted and asked for assistance to no avail.

The property was on a nice street and the entrance was nice. However, we were on the fifth floor and the stairway was very dirty and steep, not good if you have large suitcases.The apartment was nice but very very small. We were three adults and we had to climb over each other and our suitcases to move around.
