Nice hotel in the area of canal Saint Martin. You can explore the charming Canal hidden and not so hidden gems from there. The metro stop is not even 100m away. There are many restaurants around. Try Cafe Bolivar: delicious food, great atmosphere and friendly service.

Clean and comfortable room. Easy access to transit. Only concern was the geometric design of hallway carpeting which could pose as a safety hazard which is staining to the eyes and mask the corners of the stairs which could lead to accidental tripping

Good for solo travelers wishing to visit Paris. Easy access to metro and train stations, along with a quiet area at night, far outweigh the tiny bathroom and weirdly stained sheets. Good value for the price and friendly staff.

Recently updated mid-level hotel. Clean and relatively large rooms by EU standards. Bathroom updated new tile, fixtures and easy to use. Canal St Martin location near two Metro stops within 40 steps hotel front door. Staff very friendly and helpful and the boulangerie two-three doors toward Metro is an excellent breakfast or lunch alternative for someone on the go.

Location, location, location! Easy access to the metro (lines 2,5,7), a variety of boulangeries and cafes. The Buttes-Chaumond park is a 15 minute walk. Pleasant staff and clean rooms. Worth the stay.

Comfy, clean but noisy and some staff difficulties

Stayed here with a friend for 5 days in August. Unfortunately we had difficulty checking in- despite it being 1.5 hour after check-in time. Our rooms were still not cleaned, and the hotel staff were not very apologetic, making us wait a further 20 minutes before allocating us to a new room. It was also very noisy (as located at a busy junction) but also because of lack of soundproofing between rooms, thus we were awoken each morning to the harmonious tones of the next door neighbours discussing their suncream rations for the day- hope they made it out unburnt!

Lots of cafe’s close by… walking distance from Gare du Nord, and just steps from the nearest metro station. Clean room and bathroom, good Air Conditioning, friendly staff… no complaints. Also, my room had a balcony that looked out on the street for a pleasant view in the morning before it got too hot out. Decent price for a city like Paris.

This property was great! Because of flight times we needed luggage storage checking in and out and they were accommodating. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The room was clean and the view was amazing. It’s a little out of the way but there’s easy access to the metro so it wasn’t a problem. The only two complaints we had were the shower and the food options. Being foreigners, we were hoping for more fun authentic French cuisine but there didn’t seem to be a lot around. The other thing that the shower glass doesn’t keep the water from getting on the floor so we couldn’t shower with the head attached to the wall. It was also hard to figure out but that’s probably on us. Over all, a great place to stay and we would come again!
