The check in experience was good friendly staff , The overall stay was not at all impressive very hot in the room no AC lots of spiders very dirty mold in the wicker storage containers !! Myself and the kids were bitten through the night all with bites that were swollen and hot to touch

Worst night in a hotel ever. There was no air conditioning so we didn’t sleep even one minute. Hard beds. Dangerous window for kids. Broken door. Terrible. Spend a bit more, go somewhere else and get the basic requirement of a hotel - an actual nights sleep!

There was only ever one person on the desk who worked really hard but really there needed to be two. We had three rooms, all were clean. It was not possible to open the window in one of the rooms which made it very hot, the fan just moved the hot air around the room. The transport links were good. Food choices in the area were international rather than french.

The little room was extremely hot, no windows for ventilation. Toilet smelled and was stained. Very thin walls, you could hear a man shouting from next room. There was no telephone in the room. You have to go to reception to complain. Worst place l have stayed at. Bath towels were old and seen better days. Would not recommend.

The property itself was clean and quiet. We got a family suite (a room with two beds (4 singles) and a small sofa. There were pieces missing on the wall corners and stains on the carpet and bedding. The closest subway is 800 meters away and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere near an attraction. I would t walk there after dark. However on the opposite direction is a cute community. The listing didn’t mention if there was AC. There was not. My bad for assumin. was blazing hot. Can’t open the window for the busy road.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was included with our booking. They had a good selection of items. I only wish they had potable AC units but I heard AC are not common in Paris which seems odd as hot as it gets. Very uncomfortable to sleep if you are used to cold but overall I would come back in a cooler time of the year.

I would not recommend staying here even for how cheap it is. Dust all under the bed and floor. No window in room , condensation dripping off the glass onto the floor. Bathroom had a horrible smell.
