No upon checkin was assigned room that was spacious but only had windows (scratched plastic) and smelled of sewage. So did second room shown but room on 5th was bright, airy and full windowed. Bathroom still had minor odour of sewage. But not in room it’s. very good location. Friendly staff.

One evening, I understand a private party in dining room BUT we were not told it was the case , thought we’d have a nite cap , we were treated so rudely and still not told it was private— very perplexing but that’s ok we just went somewhere else . But that gentleman at bar was totally overwhelmed and rude !

Birthday celebration

this hotel is absolutely perfect. The staff is incredible. They all go out of their way every day to make sure that you stay His meeting is standards. The concierge Xavier was fantastic helped with dinner reservations, and shared tips on places we should visit making our experience exactly what we had hoped for.. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. I would 100% recommend it and stay there again myself.

Hotel is made to a very good standards. Spa is lovely don’t get me wrong. I got a room on the 1st floor which was unfortunate, you don’t get any fresh air if you open a window it’s facing a indoor space where I believe people were smoking and also I could smell food, perhaps kitchen ventilation. I guess you need to book most expensive room on the highest floor to get ok experience and be comfortable. Once I got home I realised I also left tooth brush there and also they couldn’t find my book both were certainly in the room. Oddly enough after I checked out I came back several hours later to Collect my luggage but nothing been found in my room. Not sure who needs an old Philips tooth brush perhaps they just chucked it away Great location though and close to a lovely Michelin restaurant.

Good location just off the very busy Rue de Rivoli. Although not in a quaint neighborhood, it’s in easy walkable distance to many restaurants and a few metro stops. The room was very nice, well appointed and quiet. The breakfast in the lobby restaurant was delicious. But the best part of the whole stay was the pleasant, attentive, and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

Unfortunately, there is not enough characters and words available to fully summarize of how disappointing our experience was so I will try to keep it very short and sweet. The purpose of this trip was to celebrate our engagement and initially this was not the choice of the accommodation I picked but I did want to upgrade and surprise my significant other. On the arrival we were greeted and led to our room (booked Executive double room) which ended up looking very different from the pictures online. 1) We were placed on floor #1 2) After close evaluation of the room it looks like it was an ADA room (bathroom was completely different) with no prior communication that we would be staying in such 3) WIFI was spotty at best 4) Ipad controlling the room was not working 5) Door lock was broken After communicating with downstairs desk the next day, I was told that the only way for me to switch the room was to downgrade since everything was booked. Also fixed iPad had been brought up to my room but “Do not disturb” sign had been turned off and our room ended up being made specifically during the time we wanted to rest after exploring the city. Finally at the checkout I was charged for a minibar beer which I have not drank but was forced to pay for since I was on a extremely short timeline to get to the airport and it was really early in the morning. Bottom line please pick other property (there is one two doors down) that might be cheaper with better service

Spectacular hotel. From the staff, service as soon as you enter, to the state fo the art and gorgeous rooms and facilities. This hotel is perfectly located in the 1ere arrondissement on Pont Neuf, walking distance to pretty much everywhere and many food and shopping options. The hotel itself was perfect. The room was so well appointed, from the madeleines and fresh apricots waiting for you when you walk in, complimentary Evian, Nespresso machine, the state of the art touch pad controls for the room, nightstands with jewellery trays and USB plugs, and a great quality hair dryer (ladies IYKYK). Will absolutely stay here again.
