This is not a 5 star property. 4 star yes. We booked and stayed in the hotel twice over the vacation for the head and tail ends of our vacation. The discrepancy in rooms and floors for identically categorized rooms is quite glaring. The restaurant and breakfast areas are great though.

When you open the door room is totally different from the web site photos ! It is like a scam also makes people to pay first and non refundable ! Please do not go that hotel ! Also bed is not comfortable it will be called the motel wlll be better ! Please represent correct and honest photos

The room was very spacious, great light/heat control. The room was nice and quiet as well and I slept really well. Maison Breguet is perfectly located for le Marais and tons of amazing places to eat. The staff were super friendly and helpful! We had a lovely stay! Thank you!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Had no help with luggage’s, staff is just looking at you pick them up. Staff was very monotone and not very helpful. Area around the hotel was ok. Nothing special. Definitely not what I expected.

I wasn’t expecting much but this hotel exceeded my expectations so much. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. The room was beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was perfect - so close to the trains and so many restaurants and nightlife. I highly recommend staying here and this will be my go to hotel the next time I’m in Paris.

Avoid this hotel.
We didn't enjoy our visit. The bathroom sink was completely blocked and full of dirty water when we arrived at 14:00. We asked several times to have this resolved, and it was only just past midnight that we were moved to another room which we had been told was not available as the hotel was purportedly full. It helped to switch rooms, but the service was quite poor, and the condition of the hotel is even worse. This is not a 5 star property and it is not clean or in good repair. We regret booking this property, and regret even more that we paid nearly £1,000 for 2 nights.
