Was well located to use as a starting point for an outing in any direction whether walking, taking the metro, or riding on Uber. (One minute and one crossing from the number 2 line, which is direct to or only one change away from a good portion of the city.)

The shower was awful. It made a mess of water in the bathroom and the temperature went from too hot to too cold on its own. The location was great, but that's it. Would not recommend. I paid extra for a view and we only could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. We also couldn't use the terrace unless we ordered a drink. There was no one else there, and it's not at street level Guests should be able to sit and relax outside without having to purchase anything.

Our first room was not good Shower had a huge crack - not very good health, safety or hygienic. Cups had cracks in and when made coffee they leaked !!! Again not hygienic. Was not what I expected for my 45th wedding anniversary.. When I tried to call reception to ask for new cups 22:30 no answer for 15 mins.. Luckily on the Saturday a very helpful chap call Khalil moved us , upgraded us to a privilege room which was much better.. However I wouldn’t return there

Exceeded expectations
Well connected, on the metro line. Good breakfast selection. Clean, spacious rooms. Fridge included. The staff were so lovely and agreed to leave a birthday surprise for my mom in the room. The only negative for me is that the mattress could have been more comfortable, but even at that, it was fine. Overall, I would absolutely stay again.

The amenities are basic, the service is exceptional! Every person we interacted with, was polite and helpful and ready to go above and beyond. Our daughter fell sick while in Paris, and the hotel went beyond in making us feel comfortable, and even arranged a doctor for us. Highly recommend!

Good value Hotel for Paris
Good value hotel for Paris and for visiting Montmatre are of Paris. Hotel maybe a little outdated in furniture but it was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff very helándoos polite. They looked after our bags as we had an evening flight. Bars and restaurants nearby and also metro stop close by.
