The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was upgraded and was beautiful and stylish. My only complaint was to get to the room we had to walk down a hall that was pretty dated and unkempt. A heads up about that would have been nice...are they doing work on it???

Beautiful Building historical excellent super modern everything no restaurants inside the hotel were fantastic. The Mexican restaurant food was great the staff outstanding very polite very helpful and the area restaurants fantastic. Loved. It will definitely go there again.

the staff at the reception and the breakfast room was great. i did not rate the hotel well on cleanliness because it was under renovation so you had to cross that area with dirty carpet. also they have not changed the sheets at all at the hotel. the location is of course amazing close to almost everything. i enjoyed my stay despite the glitches i mentioned

We stayed in the Deluxe After Work Suite. The room was a great size and located on the corner, giving us a nice view of all the cafés on the street. The Louvre is just at the end of the street, only a two-minute walk away.

Location, Size, Value

I booked the hotel for the location as well as the size of the rooms. It could fit my son and me on seperate beds and was just opposite the louvre. They put us in a big room upon request and the room was nice. It was a long walk from the lift (big hotel) and we tended to walk down 5 floors of stairs instead of walking to the lift (it was quicker). Bed was good, aircon powerful, and adornments very high quality overall. Well done and good value for the price. Good food nearby, it was a good place for our short holiday. Thanks.

We needed an hotel as a result Of an emergency. Starting with the price in regards to the other hotels around the area, the hotel had a great rate. Additionally, the night time front desk manager was very friendly, bilingual, and welcoming. It was very helpful after having been victims of petty crime. The room was clean and big in comparison to other Paris hotels. The room decor was welcoming and the bathroom toiletries were of excellent quality. The bed and the pillows were also perfect for a good night’s rest. The bathroom has an excellent big shower. The only thing missing in the bathroom is a magnifying mirror. The rooms has a mini bar and the rooms on the 6th floor have a balcony. The lobby shows it’s an older hotel, but very well maintained. AlsoI couldn’t get the USB port in the room to work. However, the room and bathroom have many outlets. Thank you !
