Great hotel location
Clean hotel with great location for metro and Asian foods (Chinese and Vietnamese). The only thing I found missing is the gym.

On arrival the lady at the reception was reluctant to help and not very helpful. The next day we asked her a question while she was free and she shrugged us off and pointed us to her colleague who was attending to someone else so we had to wait.

This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were nice and comfy but it was lacking in service. Our room key kept not working so we had to change it 4 times. Breakfast was ok but again service was lacking in many areas. It didn’t feel very hospitable.

It's conveniently located at the center of 13th cartier. The room was spacious, clean & had all amenities you need, including a refrigerator and a free bottle of water everyday. The staff speaks English well and the dining room was very clean and spacious. I will return to this hotel next time I come to Paris.

La chambre est très bien, propre et confortable. Par contre les membres du personnel ne sont pas assez nombreux et ne connaissent pas toujours les process de l'hôtel. Du coup, l'attente est récurrente. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner est très médiocre : peu de choix (pas de yaourt, d'œuf ou de salade de fruit) , le manque de personnel fait que les aliments manquants ne sont pas toujours remplacés, machine à café en panne.....

Hotel strategico a 7 minuti dalla metro. Stanze ampie e pulite. Personale poco gentile alla reception. Colazione buona ma molto caotica, finite le uova le hanno portate dopo 20 minuti. Molto lenti a ripristinare le tavole. Tutto sommato bene.

El hotel está bien ubicado y cerca tres estaciones del metro, habitaciones limpias y buen servicio de restaurante, lo único que podría comentar es k a la llegada te reciben en una mesa en medio del lobby pero los empleados tienen todo de fuera y se ve muy tirado , vestidos muy informal y piensas que es una empresa o similar!
