We enjoyed our stay overall — the location was convenient, friendly staff and the breakfast options were excellent with a great variety to choose from each morning. However, the second bed in our room was quite uncomfortable and definitely needs replacement. It affected the sleep quality, and we hope the hotel considers addressing this soon. Otherwise, a pleasant experience!

Hôtel was in a good location for the price, but very dated. Lucky to be a 4star very borderline. Maybe the suites and above were more modern and clean. We had damage, unfinished trim, the bathroom was so bad we had to call someone up to clean. Who TBH tried but still didn’t remove all the hair around the plug etc. overall a pleasant experience but not a wow 4 star experience. Avoid the evening buffet if from the UK you will be disappointed. There wasn’t any mains just lots of continental starters and poor quality. Save your pennies and splash out on one of the restaurants around the corner.

Rooms were comfortable, many stores and dining options around property, and only a 12min walk to Eiffel Tower. Perfect view of tower right in front of property which was a plus! Breakfast was ok, just wish they had different options, it was same breakfast everyday.

Hotel is okay overall for a European hotel. 10 minutes from more than one Metro State. 20 minute walk to Eifel Tour, Bus Tours and Seine river cruises. A mall is next door. We had a family room which was a Queen bed and a pull out couch. There is a separate water closet close to the entry way but no sink is there so if you use the bathroom you have to go into the shower to wash your hands. Room does not come with an iron and ironing board. We had to ask 3 times before we got one. One time the towels we received had some rust stains. The housekeeping isn't that great. Some mornings, they halfway made the bed. The pool closes at 7:30 and you need to reserve the time in advance. You must wear a swim cap to use the pool as well. Buffet breakfast is decent. Only pork sausages so keep that in mind. The restaurant that serves a dinner buffet isn't worth it at all. Go outside to eat. Location is what wins at this hotel.
