Check in was fine, however the room was awful. Weird smell from the hallway persisted in the room. The window had no handle and could not be opened. This was awful since the air conditioning did not work and the room was extremely hot and sticky. Unfortunately would not stay here again.

Fine for a hotel stay, but A/C poor

We needed an airport hotel, and chose this one. I would give it 5 stars except the a/c really didn’t work at all. This is common these days in France (in my experience) as the controls do no permit a temperature setting below about 19/20c. I find this too hot for sleeping and it’s a misrepresentation to advertise that the hotel “has ac”. Otherwise, the room was fine and service was fine, but it was way too hot, and no window that opened (the latch had been decommissioned).

This is all about location and they have a captive audience. Staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms need some updating/repair. Our room had stains on the drapes and nicks in the door frames and bathroom walls. Basic amenities only. Gor the price i would have expected more, but this about location, convenience and efficiency.

We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The dinner food was good. The service was a bit slow, but likely to staff to customer ratio. The key cards were not very satisfactory as half the time they didn't work and it wasn't just us. We interacted with several other people who had the same issue. It should be mandatory to provide 2 cards to a room if there is more than one occupant. The reason being, you have to leave the card in the room to work the lights, but can't access the room area without a card due to the security door leaving lobby, which requires a card. We were there for only 1 night and didn't realize it's necessity when we checked in, but soon discovered the issue if someone stays behind in the room.

This is a great option for an early flight. Easy to get to and from the terminals on the free airport transportation system. The room was clean and modern, check-in was easy.
