The air conditioning did not work in our room at all during our 5 night stay. The staff was not concerned and other than offering a fan did not even check the room’s A/C. We opened one window, without screens, to help with air circulation. There were at least 5 other rooms in our party without adequate air conditioning.

Good hotel but room too warm

Front desk staff were very nice. The room is very intelligently organized and the main bed very comfortable. The third bed was not too comfortable. Our main complaint is that the in-room air-conditioning did little to cool the room and we had to open the window, which meant a lot of noise. Also no shower cap for those who need it.

Perfect stay!

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, kitchenette and the huge bathtub doubled with a separate shower stall. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Lovely and very helpful staff. I would definitely book again when in area.
