The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and often times available before the check-in time, if you find yourself arriving too early. The staff is amazing, outstanding customer service, respectful of privacy. Front desk is staffed 24/7. The restaurant on site gets busy in the evenings, it often attracts guests of nearby hotels. Food and beverages are amazing. There is a hotel operated shuttle to CDG Terminal 2B and 2D.

Comfortable stay
Stayed for 2 nights. We arrived 45 minutes earlier than the check-in time & they took us in no problem. Parking is $16 whether its covered parking or not covered parking. Outside you can hear the planes but inside the room, you cannot hear anything. Our bathroom had a shower & a bathtub. Toilet is separate with a sink. Room remind me of a spacious room on a cruise ship. Happy with my stay & definitely recommend. Can not comment on shuttle service as I didn't need to use it.

False advertising
This was not a good fit. False advertising, hotel has air conditioning but stayers beware, it was turned off making the room very stifling and uncomfortable. So, when you turn the unit on, the unit in the room was pumping out heat. Was told, to anticipate the cooler weather next week, the AC was turned off. Thankfully it was turned back on the next day, but it is not strong enough to cool down the room. Was still too warm at bedtime, took 2 days to cool down to be comfortable. Staff was friendly enough, but when you are on vacation, to have to complain about things, puts a real damper on things. Location was a bus ride to the expo center, but to the tourist attractions took 1.5 hrs each way by bus and metro. Would not book here again.
