Very, very clean. Helpful and attentive staff, check in and out very easy and efficient. The rooms are quite spacious, the bed was great, very comfortable! I would have liked to have a feather pillow as a selection choice. Nicely appointed linens, and thick towels in abundance. Even though it is adjacent to the airport, it is VERY soundproof and we were not disturbed by noise at all. The hotel has its own shuttle to the airport that you can reserve for a small fee, and the driver was quick, efficient and very helpful in directing us to our terminal. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers, I would absolutely stay there again!

The only good thing about the hotel was the lady working during breakfast on March 22. She was working really hard while a tour group hogged the breakfast area (all at once). The property information about dining was incorrect for the evening and breakfast for €19/person is not worth the money.

The Novotel 17 located in Paris might have caused us to expect more from the Novotel near the airport. The rooms were a little dingy, the bathrooms looked like the prefabricated ones you find in motor homes, and the staff was not as friendly as the other Novotel staff. However, the rooms were spacious and the shuttle to the airport was convenient.

The hotel feels very pre-fab. The toilet reminded me of the toilets on airplanes. The bathroom felt like it belonged a travel camper.
