Next to train station a little unsafe, but easy to get where we needed too. Strange they wouldn’t let us hold our bags while on the lounge area but overall ok. Wouldn’t stay again.

Nice hotel, area as expected but very convenient.
Lovely hotel right next to gare du l’Est. As expected it is very ropey outside the station and up to the hotel on the gare du nord side, however although there were lots of men out, they actually didn’t bother us at all, and most didn’t stare. Definitely visit canal st Martin for evening drinks and dinner. Staff are lovely.

Staff (Sabina) were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is wonderful, breakfast amazing. Convenient location if you are taking train from Gare de L’est. But probably because of the Olympics, a lot of homeless around the area, approaching us. Honestly very scary at night.

Overall everything downstairs was fine. Staff were excellent,hotel was clean, food was decent if limited. However, the rooms are not satisfactory. They are too small. The toilet room and shower room were tiny. There was very little clothes space. My wife and I lived out of a suitcase and we were only there for 4 days!

Location : very near to Major train station Staff : very good Service : Free Snacks and fruits and drinks 24-7 ,That is very good (but during Breakfast& Dinner :Snacks and fruits have fews) Cleanliness and house keeping: Dirty in Toilet room ,after told staff&hotel it's better but still dirty , someday did not give a new towels , someday did not fill the coffee&tea inroom
