The view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony was absolutely spectacular!!!! Both day time and especially when it was lit up at night. The hotel overall was clean, but we were disappointed in how many stains the carpet had in our room. Thank goodness they provide slippers. The breakfast and staff were amazing as well. We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warm hospitality—every member of the team was polite, kind, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. At the reception we were greeted by Jeff, very polite and very impressed that he spoke a few words of my native language. Every morning for our breakfast every staff member greets you and does pay attention to you, ready to please you and assist you. We were welcomed by Lyetta, she was so helpful and funny and so patient with us as we were trying to speak French (rusty ahaha) but she would always encourage us and help us improve. She was always so pleasant and cheerful. Definitely recommend this lovely I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris.

Eiffel Tower balcony view

It was ok. The “King” bed was 2 twins that separate, very uncomfortable. The highlight was the balcony with the Eiffel tower view. Hotel doesn’t have any amenities.

I paid for a tower view and when first entering the room I could not see the tower. Once I got to the balcony it blew me away how close the tower was and the view at night when it is lit was totally worth the additional monies paid to stay here. Cost a lot, but I’m satisfied that I got what I paid for with choosing this property.

This is our 2nd stay at the Pullman. We won’t stay anywhere else in Paris. We had the Eiffel tower balcony room and the views from the balcony are spectacular. The food there is very good and the rooms are not huge but are enough space needed for an enjoyable stay.
