Perfect for our needs

Great service. Clean apartment. Great location. A block from the metro. Around the corner from many eateries and shops. Across the street from a big grocery store (Monoprix). I don't like to eat out for every meal when I travel. I like to shop grocery stores and try local foods, so the kitchen was pretty well stocked and perfect for my 9 day trip.

Absolutely wonderful, don't miss it!

This was an exceptional place to stay at. The studio apartment was perfect for two who only really needed the place for sleeping while we travelled in Paris It is well located, a lot of walking options, and very close by to the major areas you'd want to visit. The shower is awesome, and the little amenities like Chromecast tv, fridge, dishes, and sofa bed! I should note the balcony is shared!

Restaurants a stone throw away. Grocery store super close. Staff was very friendly and responsive. I would stay again but not drive next time. Off site parking was close and approx. 50 Euros a day without buying the parking pass.

Awesome apartment hotel on the marais

Very accomodating hotel with convenient location and solid amenities. Good gym, laundry and kitchenette. Very friendly staff. Though - the "boarding pass" is a little confusing

Nice clean place, staff were helpful. Check in was from email link. Luggage storage option and complete laundry facilities. Level 1 had some road noise from outside at night but to be expected for convenient location. Modern clean room. We liked it.

We loved our room. Had a great sitting area and the kitchenette was a great bonus. Also has onsite laundry which was a great plus for us as we are on an ext trip. The location is great. Metro basically outside the front door. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was super friendly, but not always at the desk. The apartment we rented did NOT match the pictures shown when we selected and made the reservation. I would have booked with a different company if we had known we didn't have what was represented in the pictures. The elevator was broken for most of our stay and we were on the 5th floor - with an asthmatic that cannot do stairs well. And did not know towels were not replaced without a fee until AFTER we booked and past cancellation time. We didn't go on vacation to have to do laundry for clean towels or a 15euro fee per person per day to have them replaced. And there were at least two times we ran out of toilet paper and tissue and no one was at the desk to replace them. We ended up purchasing our own b/c it was multiple trips up/down the stairs to find no one at the desk which was supposed to be staffed 24/7. Overall, a decent apartment and friendly staff, but some surprises that would have led to us booking differently if we had known upfront. On a positive note, did greatly appreciate the offer for a free mid-week cleaning. That at least helped us reset and provided one new clean set of towels for everyone.

convenient location, no room service for stay less than six days, free laundry room, small room, but all the supplies are nice. If you need fresh towels, you must wash the used ones yourself. Very convenient check-in process. They provide a code to access the building and room, which is easier for us.
