We initially got the most basic room, but it was too small for me, my husband, and our energetic 2-year-old. We upgraded to a deluxe room, and it was a really good decision. It is a one-bedroom unit with a well-equipped kitchen. The room is VERY clean. The bathroom is spacious. The water pressure is strong. There is a free laundry facility at the basement. The staff are the best- - they are all very attentive and helpful! If there is a recommendation I would like to make, it is to fix the chandelier by the dining area. It is too low-hanging, and we all hit the bulb several times. Also, to please consider providing laundry bags.

This property is in a terrific location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed 9 days, so a cleaning crew came by on a day and at a time mutually agreed to. We kept our windows open at night so the noises from the street were loud--but typical of a large city. My complaints, if you can even call them that, are relating to needing the space for a longer stay. As such, we needed storage space more than we needed the decorative clay vases and books on the shelves. We moved these under the bed and high up into the high shelves so that we had room for our things without the space getting cluttered. When the room was cleaned, some of these items were returned to their original spots--- we needed the shelves and drawers. For those staying a week or more, it might be helpful for the property to provide a welcome basket of extra coffee pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. and instructions for arranging a cleaning. But honestly, we loved the room, the view, and the location.

The various people who were at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful throughout my trip. I speak enough French to get around, but everyone was fluent in English which made communication easy. My room was really lovely! A full kitchen including a refrigerator, a beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower with rain showerhead and even a narrow balcony with a small cafe table and chairs (i stepped onto the balcony but didn't sit at the table.) The queen sized bed with 4 fluffy pillows was very comfortable. My one suggestion is to offer people a mid-stay clean up of the room, instead of making a guest pay to have the room cleaned. I don't think it's appropriate to make a guest pay for cleaning, and I did not opt for room cleaning in my 5 day stay. It would have been appropriate for the hotel to offer it to me on day 3, in my opinion.

Great Paris Apartment

Family stay for 3. Great location with balcony overlooking tree lined street. Walking distance to major attractions including Notre Dame, St. Chappel/Conciergerie and the Seine. A bit further to Eiffel Tower and Louvre but we did walk it ;-). Nice Monoprix across the street to pick up some supplies. Two bedroom with kitchenette and main living space to spread out in. We had some lights not working in the bedrooms (breaker was tripping) but we did not bring it to the staff attention as we felt it was not overly negative and preferred to not have work being done while we were there.
