Property is well maintained, and the water dispensors and snack vending machines are good facilities to have. Concierge service is also professional. However, dining choices are limited and Uber Eats or other food delivery services are not able to deliver to the main front door of the hotel. The breakfast omelette station is also understaffed - a table service should be offered or a vibration device used instead of queuing at the station. During busy times, the breakfast items are are not replenished fast enough and there were items which were unavailable. At the swimming pool, there was a huge puddle of cold stagnating water which everyone has to walk into before entering the pool, please fix this. Also, please also attach a large notice if possible to request people do not take photos or film in the swimming pool to prevent voyeurs! On the free shuttle service is very punctual and regular but it will be helpful if the service could start slightly earlier than 9am. It will be helpful to make an announcement before the bus depart to request adults to be polite and give seats to young children and disabled passengers. Hotel maintenance staff should also check the shower screen seals as water seem to be leaking through them into the floor. A night light would be useful in family rooms.

Really nice location for those traveling to Disneyland Paris. The accommodations were great and convenient, namely the shuttle to the park. Staff was quick to accommodate when the room wasn’t what was originally expected, including sending a technician when the room circuits cut out. Friendly staff, and great breakfast service.

We booked two rooms interconnected. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a premium room which we declined. Upon entering the Roos one has a normal room temperature and the other was so hot it was just unbearable. The sofa bed in the room was not put back in its place as well as it was shabbily dressed indicating house keeping did not bother to fold it away which was an obstruction in the room as it occupied almost half of the space in the room.

Great hotel for Disney

Lovely hotel. Well kept. Nice little (warm) swimming pool. Slight issue with air con in room (wouldn’t go cold - but we didn’t ask to be fixed). Great shuttle to Disney (free!) and to train station (same place as Disney) l. Breakfast is amazing, dinner/food very nice but quite expensive (about 18 quid for a pizza). Make sure you sign up for Raddison Rewards before you go - gets you 10% off food and drink.

Not family friendly

Horrible place with many problems. Not family or handicap friendly. Worse issue was the shuttle bus with first one of the day being late, after 30 min wait in the cold, the bus finally came, it let out the handicap step for a lady in the wheelchair, and then did not open the doors so the handicap lady and all the families with strollers were not able to get on, the only people who got on were the non-family people who could push the families, pregnant people, and handicap people out of the way to get in the front door. Manager’s response was to say ‘we could file a complaint’ if we had an issue and we just had to wait for the next bus. No apologies, nothing. Besides that room was filthy, brown liquid on the walls, stained sheets that I tried to leave in the open for them to change but housekeeping just keep making the bed instead, broken shower head. We paid for parking and got a code to get out during check in, when we checked out they made sure we had the code. Then we couldn’t get out, the phone part of the exit machine had no response, so we had to go back to the hotel where they said, they changed the codes this morning. This place is a 2 star at most and needs a new manager.

All was great. Except for an experience when a front desk employee did not behave well with us. My young crying children were locked in alone at night in the room and he was not helpful in getting me in promptly. Rest all other staff interactions and experience of the stay was wonderful.
