Had a suite. Few items were not up to scratch. Sliding door didn’t work at all, no plugs for kettle or coffee machine so had to place on floor. Didn’t restock coffee or tea. Sink didn’t drain. Lots of dirt under the sofa bed. Toilets older and stained too. Other than that comfortable large room.

The property itself is fine. Clean and a little run down but overall fine. Breakfast is WAY overpriced but it’s your only option if you don’t have a car so beware. Pool is SMALL. But here is the issue. The concierge is a complete jerk. Always rude and disrespectful. He constantly contradicts whatever the rest of the front staff said. It was so bad that I canceled our next reservation there. Also the bar is way understaffed. I actually heard someone complain and there answer was “then leave!” There are better places to stay. We are currently at KI Space and it’s beautiful ( yes still far away from everything but everyone is pleasant and the hotel is new)

Front desk simple rude and liars

Specifically requested to clean up room twice , but our request was ignored, made complaint to front desk , told us we had no disturb sign on the door. But why the towels were drop off on the dirty desk. Totally didn’t make sense . Very poor services , nothing like 4 stars hotel , even not because event we were in is right at this hotel , I won’t be staying there at all. Also our first night at check in, we were offer £39 to upgrade to a premium room , that was a joke room, honestly it is more of a small basic 2/3 stars hotel room. Told us will bring extra towel for us. They didn’t do on the same night . They didn’t next day after I go to front desk to make complaint twice

Very clean throughout and good sized rooms. Nice communal areas and great shuttle to and from Disneyland park. Slightly isolated but could get a taxi into local town for under 5 Euros.

Good for families going to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are spacious and shuttle is convenient. The restaurant food was average, but was also convenient since there are no close restaurants nearby. Our key cards demagnetized every day so after a long day at the park, we had to go back down and have them reactivated, which was frustrating. housekeeping is inconsistent and did not always remove dirty dishes, or replenish coffee and tea. Overall, it is a good option for those visiting the park and do not spend much time at the hotel.

No issues with this hotel at all! Comfy beds, and good service. Restaurant was very good. We did not get the number of beds in our room that we requested, and the front desk were able to accommodate us once we asked if we could switch.

Property is well maintained, and the water dispensors and snack vending machines are good facilities to have. Concierge service is also professional. However, dining choices are limited and Uber Eats or other food delivery services are not able to deliver to the main front door of the hotel. The breakfast omelette station is also understaffed - a table service should be offered or a vibration device used instead of queuing at the station. During busy times, the breakfast items are are not replenished fast enough and there were items which were unavailable. At the swimming pool, there was a huge puddle of cold stagnating water which everyone has to walk into before entering the pool, please fix this. Also, please also attach a large notice if possible to request people do not take photos or film in the swimming pool to prevent voyeurs! On the free shuttle service is very punctual and regular but it will be helpful if the service could start slightly earlier than 9am. It will be helpful to make an announcement before the bus depart to request adults to be polite and give seats to young children and disabled passengers. Hotel maintenance staff should also check the shower screen seals as water seem to be leaking through them into the floor. A night light would be useful in family rooms.
