Great location, warm welcome, lovely building, beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds. Only let down was the breakfast brought to the room in a shabby-chic crate - we’d suggest going to one of the many cafe bars on the doorstep instead. Overall - would definitely recommend!

All the staff were kind and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel was close to all the landmarks, approximately 10-30 minutes walk-time. Tons of options of cafes, restaurants, convenient stores and laundry.

Expedia charged us for our rooms and so did the hotel. Pretty horrible when you get get home and notice the hotel has charged you $3000 extra for your stay. The hotel blamed Expedia and Expedia did nothing. Poor customer service all around

The small apartment is poorly maintained: the bath stucco is coming off, the kitchen cabinets are not aligned and door are chipping off. What I was most upset about is the many drinks and candies that were left in the room with a confusing sign that apparently only one of them is complementary - and for the rest they charging you arm and leg. Basically a trap.

We loved being able to eat some meals in our kitchen. The fruit stand around the corner had the best fruits. Several places to eat within a five minute walk.

We booked this apartment for the convenience of having laundry facilities during our stay. However, when we arrived we found there is no laundry to use on site. The man in reception advised they have a laundry 'service' where they send your clothes to an external source for a fee. We walked to the next street where there was a laundromat and took care of it ourselves. Whilst the apartment itself was a reasonable size, it appears larger and fresher in the photos on their website. Our apartment's bedroom faced the main street corner and we had a street light shining into our bedroom all night. Blackout curtains would be beneficial in that room to keep some light out when guests are trying to sleep. Whilst the area has lots of eateries around, it means it is noisy at night. We understand Paris is a busy city which never appears to sleep but we found the area much noiser than we'd expected at night. We could also hear conversations from the room next door. Our apartment felt tired and worn. There were chips out of the formica on the cupboard door where the iron was kept, chips out of the bathroom door near the locking mechanism, a light cover missing on one of the lights in the bathroom and the toilet seat was crooked. There were stains on the hallway carpet leading to our apartment which added to the tired feel overall. We did have an issue with the toilet refilling and reported it to management. Unfortunately this was not able to be fixed before the end of our stay.

Good locations, walkable to many attractions (we walked to Louvre, Galaries Lafayette, Montmartre). Metro also within minutes. Groceries and restaurants within minutes. Unit has been lived in, not pristine, but comfortable. Staff helpful. Outside noise (construction, night noise)- probable will encounter in most central locations. Be prepared for fire alarms from people cooking in other units.

The property was just perfect. It was clean, Crystal looked after us so we’ll and made sure we felt at home. Fab location- quite a few metro stations on different lines are close by and great eating places that is reasonably priced. The room was tidied and cleaned everyday. Just superb and absolutely family friendly. The room had a kitchenette with everything you could possibly need. There’s an amazing bakery with the best coffee and pastries. Thanks Résidence Nell.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, that is quite central which made for a nice walk through the city in good weather. While a bit dated, it was cleaned to an high standard and stocked with the necessary amenities. Also the staff were all super friendly and helpful.

The Deluxe apartment is a good size and very convenient location, plenty of great providores and restaurants at your doorstep and easy walk to Metro Stations and Galeries Lafayette. Very clean hotel and perfect location walking distance to galleries lafayette and many eateries within walking distance. All staff were so helpful and friendly especially Matt who recommended us to few restaurants. Didnt get the name of the lady staff but she is also helpful and friendly. There was another guy on our check out date on Nov 27 also very helpful Forgot to mention check in was so easy. Very safe location too👍👍👍

Beautiful room with cute little balcony. We slept with the window open and woke up to the smell of fresh croissants from the cafe beneath us. Staff was very kind and informative. Very clean room. No complaints.
