We really enjoyed having a budget friendly option in the Moulin Rouge area. The rooms were nice sized too! The balcony was nice and we would walk to a near by bakery in the morning and then grab a starbucks coffee as we headed back to the room and would eat on our balcony. Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Timhotel and would try other locations from this chain.

The quadruple room was pretty small but, doable for 4 adults. The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. The A.C didn’t work and the room was a bit dated. Very convenient location to Moulin Rouge and Pink Momma around a 3 min walk. Plenty bars, restaurants and places to shop in the area. I like the fact it was gated however, bringing the luggage up all the stairs to get in the building was a bit much and unexpected. The area was busy day and night but, I couldn’t hear the noise from outside in my room.

Hidden gem

The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. They were kind and courteous. My family was nervous about staying so close to the Moulin Rouge as the neighborhood isn’t known to be the best; but this location was safe and secure. Our only issue was the lack of AC on a warm night. Opening the window didn’t help much. Would stay there again!

Poor choice, ok location

A very underwhelming stay. Difficult to find; I literally walked past the place about 5 times before I realised the bland electronic gate was the main entrance a not clear at all. The place is in a bit of a seedy part of town, but overall fine. The condition was poor, definitely not 4* (I have stayed in many better 3* places). The room I had was in terrible condition, poor finishing, walls were only partially painted and had a strong paint smell. Would not stay again or recommend.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms and common areas were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room we stayed in was a bit worn and the shower was not great, just a handheld shower and the tub was so deep it made getting in and out a little tricky.
