The hotel is immaculate. Everything is so nice and neat and the staffs are super friendly. The room is clean it’s up to my expectation. Overall, it was great that we chose Victoria Palace!

Great hotel in a great location
Great hotel in a great location close to multiple transport modes and good shopping. We were upgraded to a larger room, which we appreciated. Room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Do not recommend. Staff was rude, location was not ideal in my opinion (although close to a metro and Luxembourg gardens), and you could hear noises from above. I had an item removed from my room by the cleaning service - likely by accident. The staff offered me free breakfast for my troubles but not before blaming me and making me out to be a liar. Solid breakfast though, rooms were decent sized, and clean. But I’d never go again.

Very nice stay for our first time in Paris. The staff were very kind, professional, and welcoming. Room service was also very good, to include very very good pizza. The breakfast was pretty light and not really worth it in my opinion, but I believe French culture does not really eat heavy breakfast like Americans do, this is to be expected in a different country for different norms. Still, very clean and organized. Where this hotel shines is the luxurious rooms, amenity spaces, and very top notch food available for room service. A bar was also available but I didn’t experience it. The surrounding areas of the hotel are also very nice to include some great food and shopping within 30 minutes of walking distance. I would highly recommend for tourist and local residents. The staff also speaks English very well so it was a little easier to communicate as a foreigner.

La première c que j réclamé que le drainage de la douche coule lentement et xa risque l'eau deborde de la cabine de douche , m'ont négligé et jamais faite. La 2eme chose on a demandé depuis notre arrivé si on peut avoir notre petit déjeuner assez tot ( simple cafe , croissant et de l'eau ) puisq'on a payé tous en avance . Le jeudi à 5h du matin , rien n'est pret et le veilleur m'as jamais qu'on offre le petit déjeuner avant 6h et tu peut reclamer c oas mon soucis . C pas professional de tous malgres qu'il ya des choses bien , ...je reviens plus labas .
