The water did not have pressure . It was difficult to even get a proper shower, forget about washing your hair it will take 1 hours to raise it. Except the water pressure all was ok. Staff was very helpful and nice.

The hotel was lovely and grand, with kind and courteous staff being very welcoming. The only thing that hugely let it down was the breakfast. This can only be described as carnage with no real effort from the staff to replace the food or refresh the tables. My daughter is a a Type 1 Diabetic and it made for extremely difficult understanding of what food to inject for.

This area is really pretty and super convenient for a trip to Disney Paris. I really enjoyed the bar dining area and the breakfast in the morning was convenient too.

Lots of hidden nickel and dime-ing, would be nice if it explained before about city tax and also parking cost. breakfast after a day or so of the exact same thing gets old. Be prepared to spend Disney money for a Pepsi in hotel, €5 a piece. Parking per night is 17€99. Tax was €80…. So that’s a lot of added cost you don’t know up front.

Undeniably Beautiful Hotel
As a New Yorker we are not easily impressed, however Dream Hotel met our expectations far and beyond. From the moment you walk in the hotel smell captivates you. It's literally like walking into a dream. The front desk gentleman was beyond helpful and went out of his way to help us. Our room had a beautiful view. The shuttle service was very accessible. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the pizza from the hotel, it wasn't that good and it was expensive. Lastly, the blond bartender that services the restaurant was not very nice. She seemed annoyed at simple questions and her service was very poor. Since, we really didn't visit the bar, we didn't let her attitude affect us but for future guests this might represent an inconvenience. In any case, this hotel is a must stay when near Disneyland Paris and very affordable compared to Disney Hotels. Good job, Dream Hotel, we look forward to visiting you again in a near future. ♥️

Incredible hotel with a magical feel. My 8 year old was blown away when we walked in! Great value, short shuttle bus into Disney. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Castle stay away from Disney
Pretty grounds in this hotel close to Disney. Shuttle was extremely packed and sometimes made extra stops in the morning and sometimes did not. Bar was packed in the evening with loud children. Kind of wish the bar was separated from a family lounge area.

The food is shockingly poor buffet left to cold and the meats burnt to crisp under the heat lamps...Outrageous and expensive. To few staff and run of their feet. Unsafe shuttle when raising, the fact my 7 year old got crushed and could I speak with a manager. It will need to wait until the morning!!!! No this is about safety!!! Poor Breakfast is like a zoo again the food is always empty, i gave up as no staff and went to the front with the person who takes your room number with the empty container...twice....not my job!!!!

The staff were very friendly and spoke multiple languages. Breakfast was lovely. Very impressive room service and bar menu, food delicious! It really felt as if we were staying in a princess castle. Great for kids, the pool being open late meant we could have a full day at Disney then come back and relax in the pool. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to actual Disney Hotels which do not even come close to comparing and are double the price

It’s a gorgeous property so close to Disneyland without paying the much higher prices of the actual Disneyland hotels! Same magic! The shuttle bus is convenient and free. My only comment is that the shuttle can be difficult to manage since it is shared between multiple hotels. It fills quite fast. It was not an option for my disabled mother so I still had to purchase Uber rides to and from the park.
