Clean room. Staff was great at check in which was quick and easy. We stayed to go to Disneyland. The transportation was easy to catch but it filled up quickly we had a party of 7 and had to split up the first day taking the bus to Disneyland. Our room had a set of bunk beds and then 2 twin beds so it fit our family of 3 in one room and 4 in the adjoining room. We would recommend

Great hotel. Close to the Disney parks and daily shuttle. Breakfast was good too with a good selection of food. Only downsides were the evening buffet seemed a bit steep at €40 per person and the swimming pool was cold too. Overall good value for money and would definitely recommend

The shuttle was really crowded to Disney and to the train station which I was not expecting. Understandable when 3 hotels are sharing one shuttle. I just wish I would have known ahead of time. Could not find the shuttle at he end of the night and had to take a taxi. It doesn’t help that we are Canadian and don’t read French lol.Other than that the hotel was lovely the food is not the greatest and super expensive but hey it’s Disney?

Friendly reception staff on arrival, qick and hassle free checkin. Good transport links to Disneyland. Buffet breakfast was cold and plates very small. There was no restaurant organisation so was chaotic of a morning. Strict rules on taking food out of the restaurant.

Hotel was very beautiful and kid friendly. We were amazed at the the touches like the vid screens on walls and poles showing the different themes during the days. Always tries to be around during the times when the screens changed themes. Downsides were that the pillows were very uncomfortable. Plus, the drain plug in the bathroom sink wouldn't open well so that the sink would constantly fill with water everytime we would turn on the tap.

Notable stains on the carpet in the room and on the walls. 3 of the lights in the room did not work and so it was very dark in the room at night. We were right off the elevator and the noise carried pretty loud from the hallways. It was a cute hotel but the bus to the parks was jammed packed and adults shoved kids so just be careful.
