We love this hotel, it’s always clean and the staff is friendly. The only drawback this was the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room completely this time but it seems like that is a problem most places we’ve stayed. I will still stay at this location though.

We checked in at 4pm and only one of two rooms was available. Had to wait 45 min to get the second cleaned. Rooms are very nice and staff were very courteous. Lots to do in the area.

Nice staff, decent breakfast. We’ve stayed here twice and it’s been nice. I’m not a fan of the sliding barn style door for the bathroom since I have a 1 year old that can open it easily. Also, the shampoo and body wash were completely empty. Some spots in the pool area need to be cleaned. Like the area that looks like it used to have waterfalls. It has some mold growing and looks bad. Other than that, we like this place.
