Loved the room and the staff was so nice and helpful! I loved the amenities and the grounds. They were incredibly beautiful. There were some ants in the room but overall very clean. The parking was very difficult. THe parking garage was very small and tight and we couldn't park at the facility but had to park a ways away which was unfortunate.

The room we were given did not match the photos shown on Expedia when we booked. The images online displayed a different room layout and furnishings. Upon arrival, we also noticed dirt in the shower, likely left over from recent maintenance, which was disappointing. That said, the front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant to work with. They offered us two alternative room options. Although neither of those rooms matched the pictures online either, the room we chose was clean and comfortable overall. We were also informed there would be no housekeeping during our stay, and at one point, someone entered our room without knocking, which was a concerning lapse in privacy. While the stay was adequate for our needs, these issues impacted our overall experience. We likely would not choose to return.

This is the second time I have been unhappy with hotels.com. I’ve had to pay additional fees upon arrival. Once with a pet and once with parking. I feel those should be disclosed at the reservation. It would have made a difference on my decision to stay.

Dated Hotel, Understaffed but They Are Trying

PROS: it’s a ski resort, basically a cluster of condos that a managed as hotels in one spot, gorgeous views, mountains, a few restaurants within walking distance; clean room, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, coffee machine with ground coffee, back patio; CONS: the building is dated, lots of worn out stuff (ex: window blinds etc.); they don’t tell you upfront that there is no staff after 10pm and your check-in would take over an hour; if you got there late, feeling tired and want to just get into your room and relax, good luck with that! Some heads up would have be nice! I would have picked a different hotel then and not wasted my time like this. However, they did send someone to do the room inspection and check me in, but it took a while. Also, they were apologizing in the morning. So, net-net an ok stay at this hotel, but wouldn’t come back here.

Both nights we had people right next door partying until 3 in the morning. We told the staff and nothing changed the next night! We finally insisted we be moved to a different room and finally they moved us at 1:00 am! No night manager in our place. Had to get someone from a sister hotel. Won’t refer this place!
