Royal Treatment

The Chateaux treated us like royalty - from the check-in experience, to the waitstaff, to the shuttle drivers - we were their honored guests. The room was amazing and the amenities were top notch. It was nice to be able to simply walk across the street and enjoy the base of Deer Valley and hop on a lift to enjoy the views. This definitely tempts me to come back in the winter.

I came to The Chateaux at Deer Valley with very few expectations, simply because I wasn’t familiar with the property. What a remarkable surprise it turned out to be. Our experience exceeded every expectation, and I want to share this feedback directly with the staff who made it possible. Each of you embodies true professionalism, warmth, and authenticity in the way you interact with guests. From the valet team to the concierge staff, bartenders, restaurant (their food was VERY good), wait staff, breakfast team, chef’s and beyond, your dedication and genuine care made our stay exceptional. Theres something quite special happening at the Chateaux. The employees appear genuinely happy. To the management team behind the scenes, you are doing something right. Wonderful stay for our family of 10. The 4-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, the staff went out of their way to give us an A+ experience, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Would highly recommended!
