I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. It’s clearly just been renovated and is in excellent condition. Whilst in the centre the walk from the hotel to the main centre ( 10 minutes ) is through an ‘interesting’ area , not unsafe but definitely didn’t feel comfortable. The room I had was a duplex which I wasn’t aware of when I booked with the toilet downstairs which was strange as was in the hotel basement . There was an emergency exit door which is fine but they should state clearly it’s a one way door . I also felt the cheap wall hair dryer was very dated and not functional for a 5 star hotel . And thanks for being Pet friendly and not chargi by extra .

Staff, food, & property were all terrific. We'd absolutely go back & highly recommend it. The only negatives were no pool or fitness facilities.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s conveniently located just a short 10 minute walk from all the main attractions. The room was spacious & clean, the piano bar was a great place to stop in for a nightcap. The only qualm I have is that the staff isn’t the most attentive- I would call it leaisurley service. I waited at the front desk for a few minutes before anyone arrived to check me in. I was the only person in the piano bar when I first arrived and it took about 15 minutes to get a cocktail. All in all, it was an absolutely lovely stay but if you’re a traveler with a set schedule, build in some extra time for any of the hotel services.

The property is very elegant. The suite where the bathroom is downstairs is spacious but the spiral stairs can become tiresome. The only negative for my family is there was not a small gym with this hotel. This was such a small issue that we will return for all of our stays in Parma.
