This is definitely one of the better Best Western locations I've stayed at. The building is very new and my room was comfortable and spotless. It's very close to plenty of stores, restaurants, and gas stations, which was very handy after a long drive. Breakfast was a nice bonus too.

We stayed one night. The facility is clean, bright and super handy. Breakfast Was good. It was fairly quiet mid week. Our only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable.

Before checking in a guest perhaps someone maybe from housekeeping, would have been good to take notice that the shower had no shower head attached to it . Making a later at night shower just this stream of water with no shower head .

Nice but expensive. Excessive noise didn’t matter

I had a great time. The first night was nice I stayed in a handicapped room. The second night was not so good as I had people above me that were super loud and they kept me up all night and I didn’t get to sleep. I finally phoned the front desk and I had to leave a message and no one got back to me. I asked for a discount in the morning, but the manager wasn’t around twice and they told me to leave and she would call me. They called me and told me they couldn’t do anything for me. I should’ve come back down in my pyjamas and said something or kept phoning and it was basically my fault and that they could only give me a discount if I came back and I hung up on them. The front desk said there’s problems with noise in that room before so I thought that was pretty harsh. I wasn’t asking for a full day discount. I was asking for consideration that I didn’t get to sleep and I had a 3 1/2 hour drive ahead of me in a winter condition conditions
