Visibly appealing but otherwise poor quality comfort for travellers who prefer to sleep before 11pm. Dated furnishings, need USB charging ports and most of all sound insolation between floors!

Overall, it was a great stay. Price and location was great. It was a bonus that we were able to have our family dog with us. The one staff that checked us in and out was very friendly and professional. My only complaint was that one of the staff working the late evening shift aggressively accused my husband and son of playing nicky nicky nine doors, and our door was one of the doors that got banged on. I would strongly suggest that before you start yelling at hotel guests and throwing around accusations and threats, you know for sure that they are the ones that did it. It was upsetting for them to be treated that way.

Superb stay. Very friendly at the front desk, great beds, clean, and beautiful view out the windows. Room temperature was a little cool upon entrance, though, and tv was not user-friendly, but for an unplanned stopover during one hell of a snowstorm, it was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this lovely inn.
