The entire place seemed run-down and unclean. Also there were people arguing in the hallways all night and staff did nothing about it. I felt unsafe.

You get what you pay for
The staff were very friendly, but the property was in rough shape. It’s definitely a “you get what you pay for.” We appreciated the location across the street from the Legacy Castle, but it’s not walkable. Even though it’s advertised as non smoking the halls smelled of cigarettes and must and the room wasn’t much better. The room was dim and dingy. But the worst was the bed. We questioned if the bed was a mattress or just the box spring—the carpet floor was softer. You could feel all of the metal coils and it was impossible to get a comfortable position. There was no comforter, just some scratchy sheets and blanket.

I ended up NOT STAYING there. I booked another hotel. This place looks nothing like photos. Its one step up from highway motels. It smelled horrible. As if over compensation for mildew smell. The restaurant was closed. No food. And location in a creepy back area. The Marriott is 10mins away, stay there. This place has bad very energy. 👎👎👎

My wife and family enjoyed our until the creep
Me and my wife were in bed and some creep came to our window peeking at my wife. Later we came to find out he was trying to break in cause the screen part of the window was not in the window but on the sidewalk we live this hotel but they wouldn't even give us our money back for such distress especially to my wife completely outrageous
