I waited from 9-12am waiting because what they did not mention on the website , I paid for the room on Expedia & I get there and they said something bout a new policy and that I needed a 100 more which should’ve been put on the website , not to mention it was disgustingly dirty .. Like beyond words elevator didn’t work , Had to use stairs hall way smell like urine , The staff was not polite .. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

The property was ok, not kept up with very well, but the room was clean. The elevator was down during our stay and our TV didn’t work on the second night. We asked to get it looked at but nothing ever got fixed.

The inn was clean and affordable, but a few things could be improved. The bathroom door lock was broken, which might be an issue for families or friends, and the room had a faint smell, like cigarette smoke, despite the carpet looking clean. On the plus side, it’s pet-friendly, and one pet stays free-great!

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about a highly distressing experience my family and I endured during our stay at the Red Roof Inn FairFeild, which we booked through your platform. Our stay was from December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025. During this time, we were trapped in the hotel’s elevator on three separate occasions. These incidents caused significant panic and anxiety for my family and severely affected my mother, who suffers from claustrophobia. This repeated failure of essential amenities not only disrupted our stay but also resulted in emotional distress for everyone involved. Given the severity of the situation, I am requesting Expedia’s assistance in securing full compensation for our stay as well as a travel voucher to accommodate my entire family at a different property in the future. As the booking agent, I trust that Expedia holds its partners accountable for providing a safe and comfortable experience for guests. These repeated elevator malfunctions are unacceptable and warrant immediate attention and resolution. We had a comfortable stay. Clean room and bathroom. Had trouble with coffee maker and television, but they were taken care of right away. The woman behind the desk was very courteous.

Très mal dormi. Du bruit, des voix et des claquements de portes dans le corridor de 2 h à 5 h du matin. Un très bel accueil par la jeune fille. Souriante et accueillante. L’établissement accepte les animaux gratuitement ce qui est très rare. C’est un plus. La propreté de la chambre serait par contre à améliorer. Le lit était confortable. Aucun petit-déjeuner!

Major update needed
The location was great, but the hotel could use a good cleaning and update. The carpeting all over could use a steam cleaning. I think they've tried to update the place but the work done was shoddy. The people and location are fine but the place is getting old.
