The entire place looks run down, it was obviously a "get what you pay for" hotel.. the one hallway had piles of dirt just left there. The first room we were given the bed frame gave out just from my daughter sitting on the edge of the bed. Second room was ok until the second night, one of the bed frames did the same thing so instead of packing everything up and moving to yet, another room.. we were just gonna try to fix it ourselves. We pulled the mattress out and there was mold all across the top of the sheet by the headboard, we look more and realized it was all over the bed skirt and then the pillows and there was yellow stains all over them. At that time it was too late at night to move rooms or hotels for that matter. So I do a live chat with Expedia and explain the situation, and that I would like a refund. So the guy I was chatting with calls the front desk and the front desk says they will give us a refund if we leave immediately. This place has the audacity to ask for a $100 damages security deposit on top of the hotel price, wanted me and my family to leave in the middle of the night, but yet can't even wash sheets. I explain its the middle of the night to the guy and that I have children that were already sleeping, there was no way I could leave. So in the end they let us stay until check out the next morning and actually gave our refund the next day and our $100 deposit back 2 days later. I will never stay there, nor will I ever recommend anyone else to.
