Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location. My original room smelt like complete smoke where I had to ask for a new room. Staff was friendly and willing to help. However, the rooms need work done and the hotel itself is nothing special. This hotel is definitely very family oriented so expect more noise. I wanted to go into the pool but after seeing how things were throughout the hotel I was turned off. Surprised it was considered a “Hilton” hotel. Expect to pay for parking here as well.

Average travel stay

Overall, average stay. Being right off interstate very convenient. Room was dated and showing years of use. The room had moldy smell from bar sink. Tub slip liner coming up and stuck to feet when getting out of shower. Room needs a good deep cleaning and renovation. Wall outlet hanging out of wall preventing tv from working. Breakfast was good but very busy. Surprised to be charged for parking given the hotel set up of the lot. All staff was very friendly and courteous.

Myself my daughter and my youngest son and my mother stayed here because every year we do a 5k in new providence NJ in my nephew’s honor with family Due to negligence of the property we were unable to attend the 5k on June 8th 2025 due to my mother on Saturday June 7th 2025 at 7:15am fell outside our room from the carpet being torn and glued together to cover it up. My 78 year old mother was rushed to Urgent Care and has a shattered shoulder. Nothing was ever offered from hotel staff. Nobody checked on my mother and we stayed another 24 hours. Upon leaving/checking out nothing was said about my mother but I still paid full price for our stay

Hotel seems like it hasn't changed in 30 years. Hotel lobby was cool with the water and plants running through it. But rooms were very ugly. Our first room was right above the pool and it smelt so bad of chlorine we had to switch rooms. Second room felt very old. Rust all over the bathroom including door and tub. Patches on walls. Shower curtain rod not secure and almost falling off. There must have been a leak in the bathroom wall also because we woke up the next morning and noticed the carpet was wet on the floor right behind the shower wall. Also you had to reserve a 1 hour timeslot to use the pool. When we got there it was so crowded with kids jumping in and out we couldn't enjoy for long with our little ones. Hot tup was closed and there were multiple spots where the ceiling was peeling off. Hotel staff was nice when we asked to move rooms but overall I was not happy with my stay. Definitely would not go back unless the hotel was rennovated.

They gave me the first night a terrible room. My wife and I was not happy. I asked to change the room the first night. They did not change it because it had a terrible looking room and small freezer that was no good. I called the front desk three times. I asked to change and they didn’t change the next morning. I went down there and spoke to A differently person at the deskand she changed it. The manager in the morning name is Anya was not a good manager was not courteousand does not need to have that position if she do not know how to talk to the people who I help keeping the company open, she said that was in a handicap room a handicap person shouldn’t have to be in that room that show she does not respect the handicap. She will put them in the room that does not look good and they just have to settle for what she give them. A handicap room should be much better than our room because they’re already having problems and the picture on the wall was not there missing the lamp was crooked like it’s about to fall. The second one was nice.
