More Better Cleaning Required

Room was very good Carpet and sofa needs more cleaning Some type of deep cleaning as hands on sofa and feet on carpet were sticking that does not seems good. I suggestion if hotel replace carpet with wooden floor that will be more easy to clean and will look more luxury. Washroom / bathtub also needs more cleanings

This Hotel is not worth the money. It is completely out dated. My room had a finger nail on the couch when I arrived. The dirty glasses were left in the sink yet the bed was made. The room was also very noisy. You have to pay for parking everyday $15 so you might get free breakfast but they make up for it in the parking. The restaurant does not serve in the restaurant area. When I complained about the noise the front desk just looked at me. She didn’t even offer to try and do something for my inconvenience. The rest of the staff was very nice. Unfortunately I will never stay there again.

If you want less than average service and a semi-clean environment (we found lots of ramdom hairs all over our suite) but convenient to the beach and town center in a calmer part of The Algarve coast, you can stay here. Despite not being up to our standards, we slept well at night (not in the mornings) and we enjoyed walking 10 mins to the beach and 10 minutes to the town center for shopping and dining.

Having to pay $15 per night for parking rub me the wrong way to start. I was not even inform at the front desk that this was the case. it was not until I went to park after checking in I saw the signs. The hotel is in need of a reno. I stayed in room 220, the furniture were old, the tub in the bathroom had a big rust spot in the middle of it. The hotel were never clean it looks like. I saw some fries on the carpet beside my room door the whole time of my visit. No clean the outside passage way it look like. Also the water fall was just too loud in the Atrium
