It’s a terrible decayed place. Smoking din lights. Like a hotel just before you’re going thru the gates of hell. Cheap sick smoking residents Hacking spitting. Small coffee and muffin station.

It was a good price & the front desk staff were very nice & helpful. The property itself seemed worn down & dirty (though my room was ok) & possibly housing a govt supported population. There was a dog barking in a room near by. First time at this chain where there no trash bin in the room & guests are asked to bag thier own trash & place it down the hall. Decided to check out after 2 nights.

Was it the nicest place I’ve been to no did it serve it purpose yes is it in dire need of updating absolutely this property was used for an overnight stay in and out to be in the area for some events. The hotel had a terrible musty odor carpets in the hallways need to be updated. The whole place needs an overhaul seemingly there aren’t a lot of options for this type of place in the area and considering it is enclosed proximity to colleges event spaces, etc. I expected a little bit more based on the reviews. I understood what I was going into however, the place needs a serious overhaul. It needs to be updated all the rooms the bathrooms the kitchens this place should be a $40 night room and not a $99 night room. It serves its purpose. I’ll never go back. The clientele seem to be odd as well and I feel like they should’ve been paying me to stay there again it’s not the worst place. I’ve stayed, but I’ve also stayed in hostels so if you just need an overnight quick thing with the ability to microwave something or have a fridge, I wouldn’t recommend it for families. I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody other than adults who just need an In-N-Out and need something quick.

I do not recommend this location, I reserved 3 rooms and the proceeded to put all 3 people in one room and fought with us until I got Expedia to reach out and tell them we have 3 rooms. They also checked us in to all 3 rooms so they got my money but at the same time wouldn't accommodate the booked rooms.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, with visible spider webs in corners and a strong unpleasant odor. The paint was chipped, furniture was damaged, and overall the place felt neglected. I expected basic cleanliness and maintenance, but this fell far below that. Would not stay here again.

You get what you pay for!

It’s an unbeatable value if all you need is a bed to sleep in for a short stay, but it’s a no frills facility to be sure. Coffee in the AM, but really nothing I would call a “breakfast”which only includes a pre packaged muffin and a protein bar.

This hotel was smelly! Smelled of spoiled garbage in the hallways and rooms. Although smoking is not permitted, the 3rd floor smelled of cigarette and weed smoke. Room was dirty and set up was weird. Room temperature was jot maintained, freeze one minute and sweat the next. Front desk was not accommodating. I came in using a crutch and they assigned a room far from the elevator that was also not cleaned well. I asked the front desk if i can have extra pillows as we had booked a kimg room with pull out sofa. He assured me that everything i needed was in the room that was needed to make up the sofa, there was nothing there. Instead of delivering thr extra, he made us come down and get it. Keep in mind, i am injured using a crutch accompanied by my parents who are both 75+.Has lots of potential but it needs a serious deep cleaning and customer service training
