They charged us for the room even though we already paid for it. They charged us a no show for arriving after midnight due to flight delay. They gave us dirty room. Sheets not cleaned. Receptionist was very rude.

The property is in a bad location that is difficult to access and to exit. The people staying in the room above me were loud (I could hear them stomping and a bass from music or a tv) until 11:30 at night. The phone in my room doesn’t work so I couldn’t call housekeeping or the front desk with concerns). My room was in the far back of the hotel and it felt like being in Siberia because it was so far away from the lobby.

Good location.
We love this hotel, but there needs to be a deep clean of the room. There were stains on the carpet and couch. It just needs some extra love. The staff are always welcoming and friendly.

At 12:30am a party outside my hotel room window began at the firepit, consisting of a dozen men and women. I called to complain about the noise twice and was told that the group was from a wedding party and they paid to have to bar open late. I was told there was nothing they could do since the hotel was sold-out and they paid for the bar to stay open. After a third call to the front desk, I was moved to another room.

We had a great time there—it’s perfect for families. The BBQ facilities and swimming pool were fantastic, and the breakfast offered a wide variety, not just bread and coffee. The bartender, Leona, was really helpful. We had a wonderful time saying goodbye to summer. The only downside is that the utensils are single-use plastic, which isn’t great for the environment. However, the room comes with a full set of kitchenware, so you’ll have everything you need.
