In our room, the telephone did not work and the refrigerator did not work. We notified the front desk of this on the 1st of our 4 nights there. When we left, nothing had been done. We wanted to print our boarding passes. Again, the printer needed a new toner cartridge and it would not be fixed that day or the next day because someone had to buy a toner cartridge and, apparently, nobody was interested in taking that responsibility.

Staff was helpful , but my towels had stains, it was noisy late at night, breakfast wasn’t that good and cold, rooms were outdated and sheets had stains on them, smelled like weed outside constantly, hotel just felt outdated and dirty. I won’t stay here again.

Wonderful reception/easy check-in. The rooms are clean and big. My issue was the security/valet late at night was extremely rude when our Uber dropped us off. Totally unprofessional woman (working Saturday night). Second, the elevators were broken AND the washer/dryer was out of service “for months” according to some of the employees. Terrible.

The person who checked me in was pleasant. The room I was given 1114 was a mess. Seemed room service never cleaned up after the last family there. Beds were a mess. Desk had spilled drinks on it and bathroom was dirty. The lady at the front desk gave me a new room with no issues. Room given to me was a good size. Now the issue. I had a long day and just wanted to freshen up and get going. Didn’t notice the room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print but how is this not a necessity in all rooms when traveling? Bathroom toilet is loudddddd when it’s flushed. Wish I could upload the video but it was a long whistling sound. Also the bathroom door frame was broken and rusted. It was an accident and tetanus shot away for someone. Overall I will avoid this particular hotel in the future.
