The hotel itself was nice. But we asked for towels Friday at 10 am repeatedly through our the day and when we checked out Sunday we still had no towels. Everytime I called or went to front desk they kept saying we haven't forgotten yet no towels. Also tv went out Friday night and all they could say was Verizon is working on it. I feel compensation should have been offered. All I got was mgr will call you because when asked to speak to mgr I was told no mgr would be in till Monday. Well it's 310 and no mgr has called yet. Also girl at front desk was face timing someone and a whole bunch of cussing was going on which I did not appreciate.
Our family stay did not start off or end very well. When we got to our room it was 85 degrees inside. The ac didn’t seem to be working well in that room. When I called down to the desk I was told they didn’t have another room and no one was around to fix the ac. I physically went down to the front desk to complain and they were able to find me a new room so I had to load up everything and change rooms. The new room ac seemed fine and everything was back on track. On our last morning we called down for a couple extra towels since we had 4 people in our room and were only given 2 towels which were wet by then. They said they’d send them over. They never showed and I went down to ask the desk for some and a new wash cloth. I was then told they didn’t have any more clean towels. How you can run a hotel without a surplus of towels I don’t know. No wash cloth was provided either. I had to grab towels from the pool area that I happened to find. The room was nice and breakfast was great but the whole experience did not leave me feeling well taken care of.
I was disappointed that they said they have a pool and when I get there the pool was not available, there was no water. when i asked they didnt give me a reason. The front desk staff was friendly.
The place itself is very nice. We loved our room and the kitchen was a bonus. They were able to check us in early which was great but the woman who took care of checking us in was very unfriendly and made us uncomfortable . We needed sheets for the couch bed. It was very late at night and the person why answered told us we’d have to come done to get them because they are understaffed. We didn’t mind but again whoever it was was not nice. In the morning the new shift was much nicer and accommodating
Room was very large and neat! However the pullout couch didn’t seem to have new sheets on it, but we just replaced them with the spare set in the room. There was also an old water bottle in the pull out couch. Also the tile around the pool was super super slippy. We watched a grown man and a child slip and take a hard fall. However we still had a great stay and our room was great. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect. Which is why they still get a 5/5 for me!
