Do not book this property. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, they did not clean the room once. I asked them twice and they said they were busy and will get to it but never did. I then asked them if I could at least have new towels and they never gave them to me. Property is also not in best condition. There was no hanging rack in my closet and a couple of empty water bottles in the room when I checked in.

We cancelled the reservation by calling hotel 4 times because it was located in the wrong state. We searched hotels.com for Fairfield CT but were linked to a hotel in Fairfield NJ. The hotel kept 'dropping' our calls & made cancellation difficult.

I was disappointed with my stay due to the cleanliness of the room. The heater and fridge were old and dirty, and next day it didn't appear that the room had been properly cleaned or tidied up. I hope improvements can be made for future guests.

My friends and I stayed here one night for two rooms. Hotel is currently under renovation. The check-in staff was nice, rooms were basically clean and the location is convenient. Some details might not do well due to renovation reasons. My friend saw a small mouse in their room, my room was no trash can. And towels in both rooms were not enough. Overall, the price is still acceptable. It will be better for customers to reopen until the renovation is completed. Additionally, it has been six days since we checked out. The $50 deposit charged to our credit cards has not been returned yet. The process is too slow?
