The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I was told damage would be taken out of my deposit and when I arrived there was damage already there. Also the breakfast bar wasn’t as good as it could have been. The room was clean and the staff were kind.

Property is under renovation I guess , there is no elevator for the floors it will be hard for the old people to walk all the way up with there baggage.

Room had spackled counter top, spackled bathroom door patch, hole in wall. Pulled curtain open to outside to see debri. Paid extra for refrigerator and freezer was so compacted with ice. Couldnt use it.

We had cockroaches in the washroom, lamps that were above bedside were so dirty that the dust kept falling on us. One of the worst hotel I have stayed in.
