I was in the area for a Wedding that afternoon. Check-in was 2 PM, I got their at 2:15 - Room wasn't ready. Finally got in about 2:30... Bathroom setup was unusual. No towel racks for hanging on the walls, just stuffed wet towel on a shelf. The shower/tub was not accessible from the bathroom, it was next to the bed.

I would have given 5 stars but couldn't use the shower because of a high whirlpool tube can't bend our knees to get in and out and extremely slippery tub... And the coffee was empty
