Very low standards, room was dirty and dingy. I had to ask for a room change which made no difference. Rooms are horrible. This is more like an overpriced motel than a Quality Inn. Squeaky bed, rooms are nothing like photos. Nothing Quality about this hotel.

Planned a last minute trip. The hotel is in a good area. You have multiple options for food and entertainment. Overall my stay was good. The only two complaints I have are as followed: - we literally did not bother the front desk, but once and it was because the door to our room would not open. We struggled and I decided to head to the front desk and ask for a new key thinking that was the issue. Anyways came back and the door would still not open. I sent my son back to the front desk. A few minutes later the young lady comes towards my room with a nasty attitude. She doesn’t say anything to me and proceeds to open the door and then walks away. The rest of the staff made up for her nasty attitude. -my other issue was that we developed a rash. I’m not sure if it’s the detergent they use in or if it was something else. But we developed this rash all over our bodies. Super itchy. We had to buy anti itch cream to help. Otherwise our stay was good. Thank you to the cleaning ladies who were amazing and polite!

Absolutely Unpleasant Stay

Not sure why it's called Quality Inn if there is no quality about anything. Pictures are deceiving and probably taken when they just opened up because location is run down. Cleanliness is not their top priority. Room was not presentable. Construction in the bathroom was not finished and I had a poorly patched up ceiling. No shower curtain or shower doors. Room numbers were taped with blue painters tape on the glass door. Very poor lighting in the room. Bed felt loose and not secured. There was probably 5 working TV channels. Pool was closed as every other hotel pool in New Jersey. Did not go over the whole room but absolutely not pleased with the stay.
