My bad, i picked a “smoke room” which is usually filthy and smelly in a place like this which was exactly the case. Requested new sheets, staff never came.

The property was fine for me. Very good price and I just needed a night in an expensive area so the value was very good for me.
The property in the evening has protective glass and a slide drawer for check-in. This trekking you all you need to know about the area. There were, what looked to be fire alarms hanging by wires in front of several door outside the room. They were low enough to touch my head and I'm about 70". The room was dirty like it had been sitting for weeks and the bedding had stains on it. The water pressure was good, and the heater work, probably far too well, which is better than the cold. Overall, not a great stay, but it served the purpose.
Upon arrival a guest was telling me that theirs no heat in the rooms , after I get my room the room was dirty, when I tell the manager he offer a new room same thing again after 4 different dirty rooms that was offer to me , I got fed up and asked my money back. I wouldn’t even tell anybody to just go there for a few hours cause it’s disgusting so please if you were thinking about this place don’t do it .

The front desk attendants was very nice and very helpful and respectful
The price per night was reasonable that’s why I booked it
It was a nightmare. Nothing like the pictures. There was a shopping cart graveyard 12 units tall outside the building. Inside I found black mold up the washroom walls and in the tub, obvious stains and dog hair all over the "fresh" linens, moldy food beneath the bed, simultaneously sticky and greasy floors. The worst part, above all else, was the smell. It may have just been my unit - but I wouldn't risk it.

Desperate times, calls for desperate measures.
Room service never came. I was their for 7 days. There are NO bugs (in the room I was in), but others have complained of bedbugs; which I DID NOT experience. There were black patches in the shower. The toilet barely flushed. The heater in the room, leaked water. The microwave barely worked; left 2 hard boiled eggs in the microwave for 1.30 minutes to get it warm. The refrigerator in the room barely kept anything cold. The internet was unstable. I had class online and the internet kept glitching. You need to sign in everyday to get access to the internet; whether you leave the room or not, you still need to sign in to the internet.
The room was filthy. The bathroom had mold near the ceiling as well as around the tub, and the floor had not been cleaned. The walls had stains as well. The bed and sheets were clean. There were ingredients to make coffee but no machine. The write up claimed coffee in the lobby, but there was none.
