I had a leak in my room I almost slipped on. I called the front desk to let them know, however, no one ever came to take care of this. The air conditioner leaked my entire stay.

I had to leave to get a new hotel because the rules were constantly changing
This place was HORRIBLE we had to run out as soon as we entered the room. The cigarette smell was very strong, the bed sheets were dirty. There was mold on the wall. Bathroom was old and dirty. Don't waste your money, this place is a dump.
The room had no temperature controls the thermostat on the wall was just for show, the AC didn’t turn on so it was very hot all night in the room didn’t sleep good. Other peoples hair in the bed and shower. Stains on the comforter. When we got here to check in there was a lady drunk on her hands and knees crawling around on the ground police had to come. Pillows were paper thin. Would not stay here again

A worker at the hotel tried to come in my room and kiss me. I have not told my husband because he would kill the guy
Excellent staffing. I left my AirPods in the room and u called a few hours later to ask about it. And they were very helpful and kind to give them back to me. I really appreciated that.
I am a repeat customer & I have noticed that this hotel has improved & I noticed that there wasn't as much smoking near the building & I & my daughter were very happy about that.
The customer service has been excellent & the rooms have been very clean. It has a homey feel to it as well. If you want easy access to toiletries and housekeeping come here.
