Property was ok, but flor , bath, sink, wall and top sheets dirty!!! No way this place have review 7 !!! Cleaning crew need do they job!!! Will not go there again!!
The beds were clean and comfortable. But, the property definitely did not look like the pictures. The rooms and grounds need serious maintenance and upgrades.
I booked this room for two weeks for a homeless client of mines just to give them some sense of normalcy and a place out of the cold. I wanted them to experience good clean living however red roof fell to deliver that experience. The room was not clean daily regardless how many times I requested for housekeeping to come the entire two weeks stay there was no phone at all and when I called the front desk they kept saying oh I’m gonna transfer you to the room only for the phone inside the room to not ring not make a sound and when I ask them to switch the phone, let’s just say my entire two week day. My client did not have a phone. The bathtub did not drain. The water stayed in the entire time. I understand that this is supposed to be a motto and not a hotel, but I did not pay for inhumane living conditions.

The room was mostly clean, although had a weird odor. Bath facilities were in need of some attention, $250 invested in some simple things like a toilet seat that wasn't falling off the toilet, would greatly increase the quality of the stay. Couldn't get the guest wifi to work, but I didn't try that hard. All in all, about what you can expect for <$100 / night.
Toilet seat broken rust all over the tub. Burn whole on comforter which was a smoke free room. There were only 2 towels even though the reservation was for 4 people. Only 2 pillows per bed. Just overall not a kept up establishment.
This was my second time at this hotel. I got the same room which was room 112. The first time I stayed about a month ago, there was so much loudness by my room. This time around 2:30 in the morning, someone was cursing and yelling right by my room again. I will not be back at this hotel.
