They’re breakfast is horrible and the service is awful. We booked a double bed and when we got to the hotel they said they don’t have the room we booked and give us smaller king bed room.

My Experience for the very first time was fine. My only complaint is the bathroom, turning the shower handle was a complete nightmare. It was super stiff and hard to turn. I also could not access WiFi during my stay.

The property has a lake beside it which makes it more beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. Good place to stay with family. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has good options.

We enjoyed our stay. We only stayed one night, but we used the jacuzzi and still enjoy the castle architecture. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was way overpriced- get it included if you can.

Overall okay, will not be returning sadly. Last at the front desk was very rude when trying to check in, didn’t have enough blankets or towels in room. Also didn’t display the pool hours, went to go swimming Sunday evening and they said pool closes at 6 but didn’t have any signs up.
