Got multiple complaints about my 2 year old grandson being loud for people below us in the room at 6pm and was asked to keep 2 year old still and not have him walk loudy and be loud ( this was after being in a car for 5 hrs) but then was told he and run around the room but can stomp his feet. Makes no sense, wont be staying there again

I was disappointed at check in when it said to press the button for service. The breakfast bar was ok but wasn’t kept fully stocked. Had to ask for some things, example- coffee.our room was as clean, bed was comfortable.

Room was not clean, rug very dirty and in need of vacuuming and shampooing, bathroom sink and tub clogged and water would not go down.. Hallways had odor that was being masked with air purifiers and obnoxious perfumes.. Towels needed replacing and was told, wait for housekeeping which didn’t come till late in day, had to be insistent at desk for them to give two hand towels. Breakfast was minimal, fruit was non existent, told that they only get certain deliveries of food and when gone cannot replace as they will not get reimbursed.. Stayed a week and went to local supermarket and brought in our own fruit and breakfast items. Bread ran out and guests were told no more till truck comes in a few days???? Had what looked like permanent guests coming into breakfast every day in skimpy underwear, embarrassing to say the least.. ???? Will never again stay at any of your locations.. Very lacking in all services and not hospitality friendly, major language barrier..

Wonderful stay
I was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, reasonably priced and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was a large selection. It was quiet and I slept very well. I highly recommend!

This hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff is great. I even informed them that the hair drier was not working, someone came right away and fixed it. The only negative this was the breakfast time that ends very early, 9:30am, could not catch it at any day...lol. Loved my stay here.

The Baymont was adequate for a short stay in the Budd Lake area. The bed was comfortable, the staff was fine. There is mold in the grout on the bathroom floor and the breakfast is pretty limited. I’d like to see some fresh fruit and more protein selections, but it’s adequate for the price.

The staff was friendly, location clean. We could not get into the first room we were assigned, second room = ok. Hairdryer immediately overheated (3 women in room). The coffee was something out of a machine called Nescafe, and was undrinkable.
