Shady Hotel

The hotel staff will charge your card before check in then tell you that’s there are no hotel room keys. The staff lets you into your room each time you leave and come back.

Good frugal option for a wedding in Paterson nearby. Very good staff experience: we were able to switch rooms easily when we had some issues with the original room's sink, and customer service was excellent throughout our stay.

Their parking lot smell like pee everywhere garbage everywhere random people park their car. I seen a car with full of junk with bicycles outside it looked like they were camping and parking lot, but the receptionist was nice

Check in was easy and quick. The gentleman working the desk at night was friendly and I enjoyed the interactions we had. The room needs some severely needed updating and repairs. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders. Some of the hardware could use repair as well. Room service was lacking. They came twice in our 4 night stay which was fine as I don't particularly like room service coming in with my personal items laying around. Overall for the 363 we paid for 4 nights it was just fine. The worst part about the stay was the pillows!! They were flat and very uncomfortable. Please please change them

They didn’t offer breakfast as mentioned on the website and my daughter found the thing people smoke cigarettes under the bed. Also, the light by my daughter side where she sleep was not working and the coffee maker also wasn’t working. Neither the blow dryer.
