I was sleeping and at 6 am in the morning I heard like a water hose was open. Then I felt water drops on my head. Ceiling was leaking water God knows from where!!!

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel and the room that they gave me! From I got into the elevator it was old and dirty and smelly. When I stepped off the elevator it had old wall paper on the walls which looked old dirty and dingy with a lot of stains all over the walls ! The balcony to get to my room was old and rusty and dirty and smelly of smoke and garbage and the railing looked unsafe !. When I got to my room the door was hard to open, I had to push it open a few times before it finally swung open! But when I got inside my room is when I was disgusted ! The walls were dirty and stained up! Looked like if previous guests splashed liquid on the walls and the hotel didn’t bother to wipe down the walls both in the room and in the bathroom! There were dead bugs stuck on the walls ! The walls had dirty marks all over ! My daughter tried to remove a towel and the hook just fell on the counter , which could’ve really hurt her! My daughter was walking on the carpet with her socks, and after about 2 hours when I looked at the bottom of her socks they were black !! So the hotel doesn’t steam clean the carpets ! I had to remove the socks off of her right away and told her to make sure she wears her slippers when walking on the carpet. The A/C unit looked cracked like if it was about to fall apart, but work, I was afraid to touch it ! When I opened the closet , there was someone’s old dirty blazer hanging inside! I am disgusted the drapes were stained dirty! I took pictures!
