The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it.

The whole apartment smells like a choked drain so super smelly.luckily we stayed for a night and checked in late.we checked out 8am in e morning cause we cnt sleep well.

We had a wonderful 3D2N family stay in the suite with balcony. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. Room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Having a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer was incredibly convenient for our family, especially on a longer trip. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to families.

Comfortable room. Clean and sufficient amenities. However the sound proofing is not adequate as it’s rather noisy. I can hear the music from the pubs operating into the wee hours and traffic from the roads was also noisy.

Executive lounge is really nice and quiet. Pity the spread for breakfast, tea etc.very limited.

Convenient location, clean rooms and polite staff.
