We didn’t even stay. We booked three nights and upon arrival found the location and the pool to be unsatisfactory. I immediately attempted to cancel. Even though we expected to lose one nights cost. The property never responded and claimed we were a no show. They kept all three nights I had paid. The property seemed clean but I would not stay there unless I could find no other room. Now that they stole our money I certainly wouldn’t recommend this business.

This was a great place. Clean, remodeled, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only thing I would say is that they should put additional bolts on the inside of the rooms for the door and could use tissue boxes. Otherwise great. I felt safe but I think this is a standard in most hotels now.

The room was great, bed was a little soft for me. I would've given 5 stars if the bed was firmer but that's just preference thing. The thing that I appreciated the most is that I forgot my wallet in the room and I got a call within 10mins of leaving the premises to let me know that. I wasn't to far from the hotel so I was able to get back there and pick it up. Nothing speaks louder to me than honest staff. Thank you Cielo House for a great experience!!!

Pleasant Stay

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip with kids. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was clean and refreshing. Not far from downtown at all.

This hotel/motel was renovated and updated 2 years ago. The rooms are modern and beautiful. The cleanliness was top notch! The bathroom was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.
