Incompetent and rude

Arrived with my hotels.com booking receipt and confirmation. They told me they didn’t have my reservation. They were rude and mean. Offered no help. Even after hotels.combagent called them to go over the confirmation they insisted it was not in the system and did not give me a room.

Stayed 2 nights, bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Bathroom was small but functional also clean. Not much in the way of amenities and carpet needs to be thoroughly cleaned or even replaced. All in all a good stay and will go back.

This motel is a great value. Everything in the room is clean and comfy, even stylish. Coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Excellent bedding and all cotton towels with housekeeping daily. The staff was helpful to us with checkin and getting extra coffee. Except for a pool and ice machine, there aren’t other amenities, not even a hair dryer. Easy to get to the town center and wineries from here. AC worked well.

A/C was turned off when it was 100 degrees outside. We had to wait 2 hrs before the room cooled to 75 degrees at 9pm.. management should consider keeping a window open or better ac system.
