Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Die Ankunft mit der Schlüsselbox war auch top. Das Zimmer Nr. 41 war halt mega klein aber ruhig. Für nur 1-2 Nächte aber okay.

Une chambre sans fenêtre, wifi ne fonctionnant pas, impossible d’intégrer la chambre avant l’heure prévue : refus catégorique de la hot line. Localisation excellente mais l’établissement est à éviter.

Zimmer komplett verqualmt, als wenn dort regelmäßig geraucht wird. Auf telefonische Reklamation erfolgte eine freundlich-gleichgültige Reaktion, man könne nichts machen. Absolut unzumutbar.
