The location and staff were great, but the hotel is rundown. I had serious issues with 2 of my room and had to be moved twice. One the AC was not working properly so the room was constantly humid. The other room had issues with the lights turning on and off at random.

Staff were nice, good location but very noisy. Room initially not very clean but housemaid first few days was great and very random times on housekeeping from 10am up till 6pm at night. Rooms not flash, they have the basics. Buffet breakfast has a good range & Spa onsite is very nice!

My stay at the Kee Resort & Spa was very pleasant. It is in a great location and it is just steps to Bangla Road and the beach. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing hotel then this is not the place for you as music can be heard into the early hours. This was not really an issue for me. If, however, you want to be close to the beach, Bangla Road, restaurants, bars, and shopping, it is the perfect place. The staff here is extremely friendly and nice. The breakfast buffet was also very good. My biggest complaint is that the wifi in my room was inconsistent and did not work very well. I did have a corner room at the far end so it seems that they are badly in need of a range extender. The wifi worked very well in the common areas but besides the pool and the restaurant there are very few places to sit. In the few places there are to sit down it is very uncomfortable. It is hot and the chairs are hard and oddly shaped. Also, the shower curtain door made it hard to keep the bathroom floor from getting wet. The bartender at the pool bar was extremely slow. The fitness room is very small and basic with just a few machines and very light dumbbells. However, Fitness Hero is excellent and just a short walk away. They offer daily and weekly rates. I had a very pleasant stay at the Kee Resort and would consider staying here again for the overall value, location, and friendliness of the staff.

Charged for improperly installed bathroom shelf
The condition of the rooms is not good and the service is bad. The shelf in the bathroom was not stable and fell on the floor and shattered. The hotel claimed this was our fault and charged extra for the damage. I do not recommend staying here. The rooms are not kept in good condition and they will try to charge you for things that were already not working or not properly installed. If you do stay, take a thorough video of everything in the place to prove it was not working!
