Noisy hotel with a buzzing sound constantly, staff was friendly , amenities was average no balcony light , room table was small and almost useless

The staff was excellent and the property was very clean. The hotel location was perfect for me. What prevented a 5 star rating from me was that the internet went down in my room and throughout other locations in the hotel 2 days in row for long periods of time, which caused a major inconvenience for me. Besides that the hotel was great and I will be back again.

Staying at the mood hotel was awesome, it's aesthetically pleasing inside and out. It's also very clean and modern compared to other local hotels in the area. I loved my experience at the mood hotel

Friendly staff, bright yellow colour scheme is unique. There is a see saw in reception that my kids played on. Location is good, off the main road so is fairly quiet. Rooms are a little small but has all that you need to be comfortable

I stayed a total of three weeks at this hotel. After 12 days the M room which was okay, was no longer available. This room was claustrophobic and I actually had anxiety and uncomfortable stress from being in such a small room. You had to shimmy your feet to even move along the bed. It’s so small that thee was no where to put your bags or hang clothes. The staff were helpful and courteous.

Rooms were very clean, maid service was exceptional, front desk did everything that could be expected and more. Overall it was a decent experience. Location is quiet good, close to big c and the beach, if your looking for an affordable , base location then this could be it.
