The staff are so unhelpful no kettle.

Internet wasn’t any good not secure really out the way
The staff was great, but the room was not real clean. The kitchen area doesn’t have plates, forks, spoons etc, water kettle doesn’t heat up water, the mosquitoes were thick around the property. This is more like a motel than a hotel and the area around the property doesn’t feel real safe. We would never stay here again.
When I arrived I had lost my luggage and money but the night porter Renee who was amazing was helpful and understanding and helped. The next morning I needed assistance to sort things out and the lady manager at reception was very helpful and organised for Shu (Porter) to take me to the appropriate shops to sort things out which I did straight away and I was able to get money. The gentleman cleaner on the floor was always willing to assist and give water also, they help without asking for anything in return. The bad is that there are no facilities to heat your food up in room or even downstairs, I understand not everyone requires a microwave but if I want food heated downstairs then I should not feel like I am asking for a big thing like i felt I did so I never asked again. Also if I am there for 6 days then I should have my 12 bottles of water in my fridge as agreed not 2 a day because I missed one day and when I tried to get a bottle as I was leaving I was told no by the young girl at reception because I was checking out and I couldn’t be bothered to say I didn’t receive water on one of the days. Otherwise there are great places to eat within 500 metres down the road 24 hours a day and well priced with a 7/11, retailers, hairdressers and taxis all around. I will definately be coming back. I stayed in this hotel for the first time in March, but when I returned to PAttaya I stayed there again. After going traveling I came back to this hotel another two times and each time I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

Short Visit to Pattaya
The hotel was ok for the price but few amenities in the room and the Wifi would not work although Jen on reception did her best to resolve it
No one seems too understand English or helpful until you pull out your wallet,WiFiiii password gets changed almost on a daily baisis would not stay there!

I have been coming to A.A. Pattaya Ville for many years. This is the first time I am moving to another hotel. Management and ownership have lost customer care and employee confidence. Atmosphere among guests is too much for the price.

First of all this place is in the middle of nowhere, you got to take a taxi to go anywhere
when i arrived at the hotel, they demanded a deposit of 1000 baht, the lady was very rude
